The one who perseveres in the law of the Lord will be blessed in everything they do. We should delight in the law of the Lord and meditate on it day and night. This will make us like a tree planted by streams of water, bearing fruit in its season and prospering in everything we do. We should trust in the Lord and receive timely relief for all our needs. God blesses us when we align our lives with His word.

As you remember, I was talking about the Lord's call to a life of facts and not just emotions regarding the work of holiness, the life of holiness. That is what truly moves the heart of God, when we obey his word.
That is why James says in 22, 'but be doers of the word and not just hearers.' If anyone is a hearer, he says, but not a doer, he deceives himself.
