God, benefactor of all gifts and blessings to his children, knows that waiting is not our strong suit, he knows that sometimes we despair, that we rush trying to guess God's timing. Our sense of chronology often strays from God's paths. His time never seems to come and in despair we dispose our hearts to intervene in his plans and do "our part" in it. affair.
The world continues to seek rest in the security of unconvincing puppet words. Each time the destinies of people and nations are promoted from the disgusting bedrooms of buffoonery. There is a penchant for puppetry; It seems easier to the world to live off the soothsayers, astrologers and charmers of cheap politicking, than to seek rest by sharing the yoke with our Lord. "... because my yoke is easy and my burden is light" (Mt 11.30). Learning to wait on Him will always be a challenge. No one has said that it is easy.
