Receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit results in a change, a transformation in our character, and weaknesses begin to be changed. This was experienced by the first disciples and Peter became a changed man, an effective servant. The only way to experience this change is through encountering people who have the baptism of the Holy Spirit, in an environment that recognizes the power of adoration and praise, and through a supernatural fall and activation of the Power of God within us. This results in a dramatic transformation that allows us to do great things and become a new person.

And that is what then allows us to go from being mere observers of the people who are anointed to participating with them as well, because Saul is no longer just a layman looking at these men who live a supernatural life but he also begins to prophesy. with them and he also becomes a man filled with the Holy Spirit, and with the anointing of God.
