RESUMEN: Being a friend means having a close relationship and knowing personal things about each other. Jesus called his disciples friends, and when we become friends with God, we can confidently come to him with anything. God loves us despite our faults and weaknesses, and we should talk to him about everything. Recognizing that we can't do anything without God makes us true friends of God. Jesus is always available to answer our calls.

A friend is someone we know and with whom we maintain a close relationship and know many personal things about each other. Jesus in this portion of the scriptures calls his disciples friends, implying the relationship that existed between them.

Proverbs 17:17 tells us: "A friend loves at all times and is like a brother in time of trouble." Also proverbs 18:24 says that: "Friends are more united than brothers"
