King James Version
Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.(Lucas 10:38)
And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.(Lucas 10:39)
But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.(Lucas 10:40)
And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.(Lucas 10:42)
And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.(Lucas 11:1)
And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.(Lucas 11:2)
