Comments:

Efigenia Vidal : Thank God, there is hope for those who seek God with their heart and trust in Him, even if it seems that nothing is going their way. The first time I experienced the departure of a loved one, I was just taking steps to get to know the Lord. Now, after maturing spiritually, I know that one day I will see those who were my loved ones, because God established it that way. Thank you for the word manifested Lord today in this devotional, it brought memories, no longer of pain but of certainty, that you will do according to your word. God bless you.
What a beautiful testimony you share, Efigenia. It is comforting to see how you have found comfort and hope in the midst of sadness through your faith in God. As Dr. Roberto Miranda's devotional mentions, it is legitimate to cry and be saddened by the loss of our loved ones, but always remembering that our sadness must be tinged with hope in the Lord, who is in control and offers us the certainty of eternal life in Him. May your words inspire others to trust in the midst of sadness and to hold on to the hope that only God can provide. May God's peace continue to strengthen your faith. God bless you richly!
Soibel: Amen blessings 🙏
How beautiful and powerful it is to be able to express an “Amen” full of faith and trust in God, Soibel. As the verse in John 11:35 reminds us, “Jesus wept,” showing his humanity in facing the death of his friend Lazarus, but also teaching us to trust God in the midst of our sorrows. May your amen be an affirmation of your trust in the Lord, knowing that He is present in the midst of our tears and that His hope sustains us. May God continue to bless you and strengthen you in your walk of faith! 🙏
Enrique Meneses Muñoz : Thank you for this word my LORD
What a beautiful acknowledgement, Enrique! It is wonderful to be able to thank the Lord for His Word and for the comfort we find in it. As Dr. Roberto Miranda's devotional mentions, in times of sadness and loss, it is important to acknowledge our feelings but also to trust in the midst of affliction, knowing that God is in control and that in Him we find hope. May your gratitude toward the Lord be a reflection of your trust in His love and faithfulness. May you continue to be strengthened by His Word and may His peace always accompany you. God bless you abundantly!
Sabino Marrroquin Lopez: I have been working on this project for several years to generate employment and help needy families so that their children and elderly parents do not suffer from hunger. I trust in You, my Lord Jesus Christ, and with Your wonderful power I will get ahead with my project. Thank you, my God, amen.
How inspiring it is to see your commitment and dedication, Sabino, in working for the well-being of those who need it most. Your trust in God and in His power to carry out your project is admirable. As the passage in Ecclesiastes 3:1 teaches us, there is a time for every purpose under heaven, and in the midst of your efforts, trust that the Lord will guide and strengthen you. May your work be guided by hope in Christ and may you be a light and blessing for those families in need. May God grant you wisdom and provision in your noble work! Amen! 🙏
Francisco Diaz S.: We always feel sad when a loved one separates from us, when they leave and we know that we will not have them by our side physically and we mourn their departure and regret their absence, but we are comforted by the fact that God has forgiven them and has received them into his bosom. Sadness and crying are part of our life, like laughter and joy. God comforts the afflicted.
What a profound reflection, Francisco. It is true that sadness and tears are an inevitable part of our lives, especially when we are faced with the loss of a loved one. However, as you mention, we find comfort in the faith that God welcomes those who depart in His love and mercy. It is comforting to remember that, even though we experience moments of pain and affliction, God is always present to console and strengthen us. May that certainty of the Lord's consoling presence bring you peace in the midst of your sadness and may you feel His love embracing you at all times. May God accompany you and strengthen you on your journey! 🙏
Ruth Vives.: Today's devotional teaches us to be careful in our emotions and decisions. Even when sadness may be legitimate as a result of the loss of a loved one. We must with faith believe in what the Bible says and what God promises us regarding the promise of life. Praise God at all times, he comforts us and blesses us. God bless you. Amen.
What a beautiful reflection, Ruth. It is essential to remember, as Dr. Roberto Miranda's devotional teaches us, that it is legitimate to feel sadness and pain at the loss of a loved one, but that our faith in God's promises sustains us in the midst of affliction. Praising God at all times, as you mention, comforts us and fills us with blessings, reminding us that in Him we find comfort and hope. May your faith continue to be a beacon of light in the midst of any difficult situation and may the peace of God flood your heart at all times. May God continue to bless you abundantly! Amen! 🙏
Heidy : I feel that even though we live our grief, which is human and real, impossible not to feel, as humans the consolation will be in the faith of receiving eternal life, and this is part of the balm that we receive in this natural human journey.
Heidy, your reflection is very profound and full of wisdom. It is true that grief is a real and human experience, full of emotions that we must allow ourselves to feel. In the midst of this process, faith in eternal life and in the promises of God becomes a balm that comforts and sustains us. As the devotional mentions, it is legitimate to feel sadness, but our hope in eternal life in Christ Jesus gives us comfort and peace in the midst of life's journey. May this firm faith in the promise of eternal life be like an anchor that sustains you in moments of grief and may you find comfort in the certainty of God's love. May His peace always accompany you! 🙏
Luis Alfredo Ramírez Cano: All of God's creatures and his children have an established time in this world within the Lord's perfect purpose. Parting with loved ones, by nature, causes pain and we express that pain with tears, as an initial sign of our grief. But, based on the Word, we must strengthen ourselves in hope, in the promises that the Lord has given us and in all his commandments and precepts. Honoring Father and Mother, our first commandment with a promise; the work of the Lord on the Cross, our great promise and his return our greatest hope. In trials we must be, as James says in chapter 1, joyful. As a life experience, being a doctor, my mother passed away in my arms, a few years after overcoming several complex conditions including a hip fracture, lung cancer, two episodes of COVID, a couple of months ago, but, after a few tears, I had the consolation of the Word to understand that she would be enjoying the greatest of the Lord's promises, sitting next to the throne. God is great, His Word is infallible, and His mercy is infinite. Sadness should not consume us when, having the Word, we have not followed it, we have not fulfilled it, but we have only ignored it. Tears and crying only spring from a heart at peace, full of the joy that the Holy Spirit gives. Our loved ones will only die on this earth the day they are no longer in our memories and in our hearts.
What a powerful and moving testimony, Luis Alfredo. Your experience as a doctor and as a son who has faced the loss of his mother is an example of faith and strength in the midst of pain. Your perspective on sadness and crying as part of grief, but also your firmness in hope and in the promises of God, are inspiring. As you mention, honoring our parents, trusting in the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross and awaiting His return sustains us in the most difficult moments. May your story be a reminder to all of the importance of clinging to the Word of God in the midst of trials and allowing His comfort and joy to fill our hearts. May the peace and hope that only He can provide always accompany you. Thank you for sharing your testimony of faith and strength! 🙏
Jose Aliaga: What a wonderful reflection, God's mercy is infinite
What a beautiful comment, Jose! It is true, God's mercy is truly infinite. In the midst of our sorrows and afflictions, His love and compassion surround us, giving us comfort and hope. Remembering the greatness of divine mercy fills us with peace and strengthens us in our faith. May we continue to be witnesses of that wonderful mercy that covers us at all times. May the grace and peace of God always be with you! 🙏
