Without fear in the perfect will of the Father

In this passage, Jesus decides to go to where Marta and María Juan live, despite knowing that there are people who want to harm him. The disciples are afraid and advise against it, but Jesus knows that he is in the perfect Will of the Father and is not afraid of men's plans to harm him. He walks in the light of God and is invincible. The lesson is to always walk in the Will of God and trust in His love and power. Read more...

Carlos A. Borja Flores: As Dr. Miranda expresses it well in this devotional: How good it is to walk in the Will of God. And the psalmist corroborates it when he says: "The Lord is with me; I will not fear what man can do to me. The Lord is with me among those who help me; therefore, I will see my desire on those who hate me. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes (Psalm 118:6-9)
