Healing Mismatched Sexuality

Sexuality is a powerful force that can be creative or destructive. Satan knows this and will try to corrupt it to damage society. When societies experiment with sexuality outside of God's boundaries, it destabilizes everything else, including the family, government, and values. Society can become unbalanced when masculinity or femininity gains too much preponderance. The Church can be a place where gender and sexual identity issues can be processed according to gospel values. By embodying healed masculinity and femininity, the Church can offer a valid alternative to society. Read more...

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : I thank you, my LORD, for what I have received in my family environment regarding male and female roles. I adore you, GOD.
What a beautiful testimony, Enrique! It is wonderful to recognize and thank God for the blessing of having received a healthy teaching about male and female roles in your family environment. It is essential to value the divine wisdom that is reflected in God's original design for sexuality and gender. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, God made men and women for specific and complementary roles. How beautiful it is to worship God for His perfect design in this aspect of our lives! This recognition and gratitude are a powerful testimony for our society. May you continue to be a light and testimony of the values of the Kingdom of God in your environment! As Psalm 139:16 reminds us, God has designed us and written us in His book since before we were born, and in Matthew 19:4 Jesus teaches us about the creation of male and female. Blessings on your path of continuing to live according to God's designs!
María Rosa: Just as He created us in His perfect order, men have taken it according to their criteria and have deviated from the perfect order of the creator, amen and amen.
Maria Rosa, thank you for sharing your reflection. It is true that throughout history human beings have tended to deviate from the perfect order that God designed for us, including male and female roles. It is important to remember that, as Dr. Roberto Miranda's devotional mentions, when we deviate from the boundaries established by God, imbalances and negative consequences occur in our society and in our lives. It is essential to always seek the Lord to restore and return to His original design. Your amen reflects a heart that recognizes the truth and importance of living according to divine principles. May we continue to seek God's will and allow Him to restore His perfect order in us. As Matthew 19:4 points out, let us remember that God created us male and female, and His design is what we must follow to find fulfillment and blessing. May the Lord guide you on His path of restoration and balance! Amen!
Carlos A. Borja Flores: As Dr. Roberto Miranda puts it, "God made women and men for certain specific and complementary roles." "We have to ask the Lord that our Churches be places where problems of sexuality or gender, of sexual identity, can be adequately processed. What does it mean to be a man or a woman?"
What a beautiful comment, Carlos. It is inspiring to see how you value the teachings of Dr. Roberto Miranda on the specific and complementary roles that God designed for men and women. It is essential that we seek the Lord's guidance in our lives and in our churches to properly address the issues of sexuality, gender, and sexual identity. As the devotional mentions, it is crucial to reflect on what it really means to be a man or a woman according to God's design. By seeking that understanding and aligning ourselves with the divine will, we manage to live in harmony with our purpose and with the order established by our Creator. May we continue to pray that our churches be spaces where healing and restoration are promoted in all these very important areas. As Psalm 139:16 reminds us, each of our days is written in God's book from before we are born. May the Lord continue to guide you in your search to live according to His design and purpose for your life! Blessings!
Sabino Marroquin Lopez: I thank God for giving me intelligence and wisdom to continue working, to generate employment and help families in need so that their children and elderly parents do not suffer from hunger.
What a beautiful expression of gratitude, Sabino. It is wonderful to recognize that all intelligence and wisdom come from God, and it is a gift to be able to use those abilities to work, generate employment, and help those who need it most. Your generous heart and concern for the well-being of needy families is a reflection of God's love and compassion. May He bless your efforts and multiply your work to continue being a blessing in the lives of so many people. As Psalm 139:16 mentions, each of us has a purpose and days determined by God, and He also trains and guides us in our daily work. May your desire to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable be honored by the Lord and may He continue to strengthen your work. May your generosity and commitment inspire others to follow your example! Amen! Blessings in your noble work!
Francisco Diaz S.: A Christian family united in sacred bonds will stand firm in the face of present-day licentiousness and will preserve its sound principles and its attachment to divine laws. Such families are blessed by God.
What a beautiful comment, Francisco. It is inspiring to see how you recognize the importance of a Christian family united in faith to stand firm in the face of the adversities and challenges of today's world. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, maladjusted sexuality and gender issues can destabilize not only at the individual level, but also at the family and social level. However, a family that holds on to divine principles and laws remains strengthened and blessed by God. It is in unity, love and faithfulness to God that we find the solid foundation to resist the pressures and temptations of the world. May your family continue to be an example of faith, love and commitment to the values of the Kingdom of God. As Matthew 19:4 reminds us, God created us male and female, and His design for the family is key in preserving those divine principles. May the Lord's blessing continue to strengthen and guide your family on His path! God bless you abundantly!
