In Job 33:27 we read about the confession of sin: "He will sing to men and say, 'I have sinned and perverted what is right, and it is not appropriate for me.'" It reminds us that we must humbly acknowledge our sins before God. As Charles Spurgeon mentions in his devotional, the Lord is always ready to forgive those who come to Him with sincere confession.
