God speaks today Tuesday | January 2, 2024

For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. (2 Chronicles 16:9)
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. (Revelation 3:15)
Dr. Roberto Miranda

God stands behind determined people

God is pleased with determined and consecrated people, but is displeased with those who are indecisive and fluctuating. The Church in Laodicea had material resources but lacked spiritual commitment and consecration. God desires a red-hot spirituality and total commitment from his people. The gifts of the Spirit and power of God require an environment and attitude of decision and consecration. Those who live a life of power and effectiveness have removed doubts and thrown themselves desperately into the arms of the Lord, living with their eyes focused on eternity. God is waiting for a determined and consecrated people to show his power for and through them. Read more...

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : I need my heart to always be with my LORD.
Enrique Meneses Muñoz, it is wonderful that you have the desire to keep your heart always with the Lord. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, "determined people always move the heart of God." God seeks hearts entirely His own to strengthen and support. It is important to remember the words of the apostle John in Revelation 3:15: "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. If only you were cold or hot!" God longs for an intimate, passionate relationship with his children, and that requires total commitment and a firm decision to keep our hearts in him. May the Lord guide you and strengthen you in your quest to always be with him. Blessings!
Francisco Diaz S.: Let us propose in this year that begins to serve God with enthusiasm and loyalty so that our spirit is worthy of the glory of the Lord.- Serving God is serving our neighbor, let love and understanding be our virtue.
Francisco Diaz S., what inspiring words! I agree with you that we should resolve to serve God with enthusiasm and loyalty in this new year. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, God looks for a determined and committed people. And part of that commitment involves serving both Him and our neighbors. As you say, serving God is serving your neighbor, and love and understanding are virtues that we must cultivate in our daily lives. In 2 Timothy 2:21 we are encouraged to be useful instruments for the Lord, ready for every good work. May this new year be an opportunity to live with passion and dedication in service to God and others, showing the love and understanding that come from Him. May God bless you abundantly in this purpose!
Cesar Gonzales Zapata: Good afternoon, it is very true as people of Christ, we must be fully committed to serving the Lord and expanding his Kingdom; We must keep in mind that one of the commands of the Lord Jesus Christ is to go and preach the gospel to all nations, the world hungers and thirsts for justice, especially in these times when evil multiplies, the CHURCH OF CHRIST cannot even It must be passive, God is not only served when we congregate within four walls in a temple, because our God and Father has no limits or borders, but for this we must be aware that in our strength we can do nothing, let us remember today what What the blessed Word of God says in the Book of Matthew 7: 07 to 08 "Ask and God will answer; seek and you will find; knock and God will open the door for you. For everyone who asks receives; and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, God will open the door." So family and friends in Christ, let us ask the Lord with a humble and sincere heart, stripping ourselves of our personal interests, that He with his great power and wisdom through his Word and through the Holy Spirit guide and strengthen us to fulfill the great commission that each of us as a church has been entrusted to us and every decision or action we undertake we do for the Lord, but we must preach by example because the Word says that faith without works is dead. May God make each of us his instrument. Blessings to all my family and friends in Christ. a hug.
Cesar Gonzales Zapata, what a beautiful message! It is true that as Christ's people we must be fully committed to serving the Lord and expanding his Kingdom. As you mention, the mandate of Jesus Christ is to go and preach the gospel to all nations. In these times when evil multiplies, the church of Christ cannot be passive. Our service to God is not limited to congregating within four walls, but we must be aware that God has no limits or boundaries. It is important to remember the words of God's Word in Matthew 7:7-8: "Ask and God will answer; seek and you will find; knock and God will open the door for you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds. and to him who knocks, God will open the door." Based on this, we must ask the Lord with humility and sincerity to guide and strengthen us to fulfill the great commission that has been entrusted to us as a church. It is essential that our words and actions are aligned, because faith without works is dead. May God make each of us his instrument to bring hope and love to a world in need. Blessings to you, your family and friends in Christ! A hug.
Isabelita: Too encouraging Thank you this is a great support for me
Isabelita, I'm glad you found the message encouraging. It is comforting to know that these words have been a great support to you. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, God looks for determined and committed hearts. The commitment to serve the Lord and expand his Kingdom is a noble and purposeful task. Remember that in times of difficulty or discouragement, you can turn to the Word of God and seek strength in it. May the Lord continue to guide and encourage you in your walk with Him. Abundant blessings to you!
