And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

The Second Man, the Lord of heaven, the Son of man, is our hiding place. He endures the wind and protects us from the wrath of God and men, the cares of life, and fear of death. In times of affliction, He is a refuge that never fails. We should take refuge in Him and rest in His protection. He is our blessed Jesus, our hiding place in stormy weather.
