In Alberto González Muñoz's devotional, he also encourages those who have relapsed into sin to hold on to their love for the Lord and stay on the path. As he mentions: "If we ever have such an experience, the important thing is to stay on the path and cling to the Spirit of God. He will help us to pick ourselves up and continue advancing in the Christian life" (devotional, paragraph 7).

You are absolutely right, as human beings we are weak by nature. But as you mention, our strength is in our faith and in the love of Christ Jesus, our King and Lord. In Alberto González Muñoz's devotional, he reminds us that even when we fall into sin or face difficulties, we can hold on to the love we feel for the Lord and resist the temptation to abandon the path (devotional, paragraph 6).
It is through our faith in God and the love we have for Jesus that we find the strength to overcome the weaknesses and temptations that come our way in this world. May you continue to trust in the strength that comes from your faith and love for Christ Jesus. May God bless you abundantly!

The enemy is always on the lookout, looking for opportunities to weaken us and cause us to fall into sin. But as you mention, we must seek the help of the Lord, who extends his hand to us to lift us up. As John 21:17 says: "Jesus said to him for the third time, 'Simon son of John, do you love me?' Pedro was saddened because the third time he said to him: 'Do you love me?' And He answered Him: 'Lord, You know everything; You know that I love You.' 'Feed My sheep,' Jesus told him."
