Some time ago I read about a man who had committed a sin and locked himself in a room, he walked desperately from one side to the other while moaning saying: - Don't look at me, don't look at me! When we think in the Omnipresence of our God and we become aware that we are always under his gaze and care, they make us want to fall on our knees and cry out - Don't look at me! - because we know how dirty we are.

Our heart is naked before Him, we are naked before Him, but where His presence acquires an unusual magnitude is when we are weak and helpless, when all our arrogance and pride are thrown into the mire, it is then that His presence rises before us like a giant. , making us feel that we are not alone and when we have nothing left to cling to, that is when we feel it best, because in the fall the only thing that sustains us is his hand.
