SUMMARY: The Christian life is a relational experience centered around Jesus. Despite the escalation of anger and lack of peace in the world, the purpose of Jesus' birth was to make himself known and offer love, forgiveness, and relief. Another Christmas brings hope for reconciliations and blessings for those who embrace faith. God wants to embrace and lead the lost to contemplate the manger in Bethlehem. Christ is Christmas, and the star of Bethlehem continues to shine, guiding us to the trough of hope where Christ extends his loving arms.

The Christian life is a relational experience, more than just a spiritual journey. Jesus is the motive of relationship, the center of reflection, the spring to reach the turning point towards a life of peace, joy and blessing. Every day is a kind of waterfall of grace for those who love God and appreciate the meaning of the cross in the death and resurrection of his Son Jesus Christ. The God announced from eternity; the Immanuel of prophecy, the Rabbi for the religious who denied their messianism, Jesus completely God; Messiah and King for Christendom.

There is an escalation against peace these days, Christmas trees that will not light up to avoid disappointment, eyes that will not see the fleeting glimmer of God's glory in the smile of a child who eagerly awaits Noel's visit. Others who will leave the world without knowing it. How to celebrate Jesus with so much anger spread throughout the world?

The sole purpose of the birth of Jesus, apart from dates and seasons of the year, was to make himself known. God presented his Son to a world unpresentable by sin. The love of God broke the molds of reason divinely begetting Immanuel in the womb of a virtuous virgin and Jesus would enter the scene of history propitiously to offer to the poor, relief from their pain, vision in their blind eyes, bread and wine to the needy and forgiveness without limit, without condition, without geography.

Another Christmas is coming and with it hope, because there will always be hope. Reconciliations of human loves, blessings for those who embrace the faith. God wants to embrace the lost and lead him to contemplate the manger in Bethlehem, he wants your heart back, mine, that of all of us. He is gathering the wood to light his fire of love and join us by his side this Christmas: despite the strife, despite the indifference, despite the lack of love. The star of Bethlehem will continue to shine, guide, lead us to the trough of hope where Christ continues to extend his loving arms to reach out and continue to love us. Do not hesitate! Christ is Christmas!

God bless your word!
