Summary: The pastor speaks about the story of the nation of Israel coming out of Egypt and how the life of Moses teaches three important spiritual truths for a victorious life over the enemy: obedience to the word of God, intercessory prayer, and complete trust in God's mighty hand. He emphasizes the importance of obedience to God's voice to defeat the forces of darkness and liberate souls. The pastor also talks about intercessory prayer and how it is the first step to victory over the enemy when unsaved family members and friends ask for prayers. Overall, the pastor encourages believers to use these spiritual weapons to rescue those oppressed by Satan and serve God.

The key to victory over the enemy is obedience to God, intercessory prayer, and full confidence in His powerful hand. We must pray against the kingdom of darkness and ask God to confuse the throne of Satan. We should have faith that God can silence the voice of sorcerers and that He is almighty. Just as God freed the Israelites from slavery in Egypt, He can free us from spiritual oppression. We should surrender our lives to Jesus Christ and trust in His power. We should also pray to be used by God to free others and be obedient to His word.

Now I would like to invite a friend of mine, a pastor here in Boston who was here preaching with us on Father's Day a month ago.

He's a Dominican, if I'm a confused gringo, he's a half-confused Dominican because Claudio could pass by, he spent nine years in Central America because of him, I don't know if there's any Central American out there here, but he spent time in Guatemala, in El Salvador, in Honduras, but he's still Dominican to the bone, so he has both. But this multicultural experience so he pastors a church here in Boston and he's visiting with us today, so I'm going to translate for you because we have a large group of English speakers so I'm going to try to translate into English, see if I can remember a little bit of English today.

I think it's a privilege that God gives everyone to worship him. On this occasion I want to talk to you about spiritual weapons that the believer must use for a victorious life over the enemy.

The story of the nation of Israel coming out of Egypt, one can approach in different ways. But the life of Moses strikes me with 3 truths that I want to share with you this morning. The first truth is obedience to the word of God. The second truth that Moses' life teaches me is intercessory prayer. The third truth I learn about Moses is complete trust in the mighty hand of God.

Those three truths teach us how to have a victorious life over the enemy. Egypt represented oppression for the people of Israel and also for Moses. And not only physical oppression, but Egypt also represented spiritual oppression. That is why the attitude of Moses teaches me those 3 spiritual truths so that you and I as believers can have victory over the enemy.

Although Egypt represented oppression for Israel today, the world represents oppression for many because today's Pharaoh is called Satan and he has oppressed many people in slavery, in sin, in vices, in evil, from the dome government of all our countries represented to the lowest level.

How can you and I be an instrument used by God for the liberation of these people? We need those 3 spiritual weapons. We want to see the life of obedience. I invite you to Exodus, Chapter 7, brothers, we are going to touch on some verses from Chapter 8 as well, Chapter 10 and also 13.

Okay, verse 1 says, look at verse 1 with me: β€œJehovah said to Moses, I have appointed you God for Pharaoh and your brother Aaron will be your prophet. You will say all the things that I command you, and Aaron your brother will speak to Pharaoh to let the children of Israel go from his land....”

Look with me at verse 5: β€œ. .. and the Egyptians will know that I am Jehovah when I stretch out my hand over Egypt and bring out the children of Israel from among them...”

Dear brothers, this passage teaches us that the life of Obedience to God is very important to obtain victory over the enemy.

Look with me at verse 6 of Exodus 7: β€œ...and Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded them...”

Look with me at verse 8: β€œ..spoke Jehovah to Moses and Aaron saying...", and verse 10 says "... So Moses and Aaron and Pharaoh came and did as Jehovah had commanded them..."

Look with me at verse 14 : β€œ...then Jehovah said to Moses, go to Pharaoh in the morning and, behold, he came out to the river and said to him, Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews has sent me to you, let my people go so that they may serve me in the desert. Behold, until now you have not wanted to hear...

Verse 17, β€œ..thus says the Lord, by this you will know that I am the Lord...”

That is the message that God commanded them to say to Pharaoh.

Look with me at verse 20, from Chapter 7, β€œ...and Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded them...”

Brothers, this is why a life of obedience is important to God, is the key to a victorious life over the enemy. As I told you at the beginning that Egypt is the world today and that the oppressor is Satan and his demons.

When you and I live a life of obedience to God is the key to victory and in such a way that we can rescue, be instruments used by God to rescue those who are oppressed in darkness. For you and I, as Christians, to have spiritual victory over the forces of the enemy and for God to use us for salvation, deliverance to people enslaved by Satan, we need a life of obedience. amen

Obedience to the word of God makes it possible for the believer to defeat the forces of darkness in the task of liberating souls.

Look with me at verse 11 of Exodus Chapter 7, β€œ...then Pharaoh also called his wise men and sorcerers and they did likewise. The sorcerers of Egypt with their enchantments because each one cast his rod, which turned into snakes. What is the difference? But Aaron's rod devoured them. Amen.

Not only was the nation of Israel physically enslaved but there was also spiritual enslavement. When God calls Moses, he had to face two realities: the physical reality of slavery, but he also had to face the sorcerers of Egypt. The nation of Egypt was a polytheistic nation, they worshiped many gods, it was a totally idolatrous nation and generally along with idolatry there is also sorcery, witchcraft, enchantment, reading cards, passing cards, reading cups and a lot of weapons that Satan uses to confuse souls.

And in the face of all those spiritual realities Moses had to face, but do you know what is the key to his victory over Satan and sorcerers? The life of obedience to God.

Chapter 8, verse 18 to 19, God calls Moses to be the plague of lice so that Pharaoh lets the people go. Do you know what happened? And the sorcerers also did so to remove lice with their enchantments, but they could not. Praise God.

And you know what the sorcerers in Egypt recognized?

Verse 19, "...Then the sorcerers said to Pharaoh, this is the finger of God..." In other words, we cannot go against that God, because there is a man who is obedient to the word of God and we can't compete with him. The sorcerers were telling Pharaoh, don't put us in any more trouble because we can't.

And I want to tell you brothers, you and I obey God on this day the throne of Satan falls even though there are satanic churches in Massachusetts it will fall, although every witch day on October 31, the satanists are Praying for believers to fall, leaders to fall, churches to be torn apart, but He is more with us than with the world. Amen.

Believers obedient to the voice of God, the second principle I see here, makes it possible for unbelievers to recognize that God is the true God. and Pharaoh was one with his armies.

Chapter 7, verse 5 tells us, β€œ...and the Egyptians will know that I am Jehovah...”

Why did they need to know that God was the true God? Because there was a religious syncretism and a confusion about worship. They worshiped everything there is, that they knew in the universe and that confusion God sent Moses to teach through his life of obedience to God that God was the true God.

Today there are many who are confused by Satan, in different ways. Paul says in the New Testament that the God of this century blinded their understanding so that the light of truth does not shine and they are saved. How will they know about the true God that you and I worship? It is through a simple obedience. you and I need to be sensitive to the voice of God, it is the first weapon for a victorious life over Satan.

And the word says in Chapter 8, verse 10, β€œ.. and he said, tomorrow and Moses answered, it will be done according to your word so that he may know that there is none like Jehovah our God... ”

Verse 22, β€œ...and on that day I will separate the land of Gocen, where my people live, so that no fly will be in it, so that you may know that I am Jehovah in middle of the earth...”

Chapter 9, verse 14, says the word of God, β€œ...for this time I will send all my plagues to your heart upon your servants and upon your people so that you may understand that there is no other like me in all the earth...”

Verse 16, β€œ...indeed I have appointed you to show my power in you and that my name may be announced throughout the earth..."

My dear brothers, when we see people oppressed by the enemy and people, our relatives are praying for them, they are hardened, they do not want to repent, let us not faint, brothers , God will show his pod er if we continue to obey his word, praying for them, interceding for them, speaking for them, God is going to rescue them.

Moses' life of obedience to God's voice also teaches us that it unleashes God's miraculous power to deliver from slavery so that the people serve God.

Look with me at 8:, "...then Jehovah said to Moses, go into Pharaoh's presence and tell him, Jehovah has said so, let my people go so that they may serve me..."

The reason why God wants you and I to live in obedience to him, brothers, is because he wants more servants. Just like Egypt, Israel was enslaved serving Pharaoh, God wanted to rescue them to serve him. For that reason, my brothers, I see that obedience is very important and I also want to tell you that the life of obedience, see verse 20 with me:

β€œ.. Bring the sinner to serve God, rescue out of slavery to serve God as he did as the nation of Israel. God himself repeats it again in verse 20, β€œThe Lord said to Moses, get up early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh, behold, he comes out to the river and says to him, the Lord has said so, let my people go so that they may serve me. ..”

Chapter 9, verse 1, says the same thing at the end of the verse, β€œ...let my people go to serve me...”

Oh You know, for that reason Moses was obedient to the voice of God, not only did he want to serve God but he also wanted all his people to serve God, he not only wants you to serve him, brother, but every compatriot living here in the USA serve God. Obedience is very important.

You know, Satan has an army of demons that keeps people oppressed, in different spiritual distractions. I want to tell you that when I came here to Boston and I got on the trains and I began to hear Spanish everywhere, I said, wow, what a hotbed of souls is here, Lord, and we began to pray with Pastor JosΓ© Reyes in Lawrence, where I wanted for me to serve him and we went to Lawrence to see if I wanted to start a project there but God told me one night praying to the Lord, look, in Boston life is expensive, the situation is very expensive, but here I want you in Boston. And I began to share with the Hispanics, some very kind received me and listened to me and received the tracts, but according to my expectation they would arrive at the church and until now they are absent. And I began to discover that they had other gods, that they have other ties.

First they have to pay the coyote they brought him here for, they have to work full time, part time and after time, plus support the family here, and I said, Lord I thought it was as easy as they told me, I don't have time to go to church, I have other occupations. They are ties. The task is not easy, but if you and I are faithful to God, in obedience to him, and tell people that God wants them to follow him, even if they get tired, even if they don't want to listen, God will bring them liberation.

The second truth I want to share with you is intercessory prayer. When God began to use Moses in that spiritual battle to convince Pharaoh that God was the true God, there came a time when God began to loosen the heart of that man, that king.

In verse 8 of Chapter 8: "...then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and said to them, pray to the Lord that he may remove the frog from me and from my people..."

Brothers, here we are seeing a miracle. At the beginning who was called pharaoh? To the sorcerers of Egypt, now he is asking to call God, pray for me so that God removes that plague from me.

The first indication of victory over the enemy is when your unsaved family member, your friends, and your neighbors begin to ask for prayers for them. Amen. It is the first step to liberation from the enemy.

Look with me at Chapter 10, verse 18: β€œ...and Moses went out before Pharaoh and prayed to Jehovah....”

Do you know why he went out and prayed to Jehovah? It is because in verse 16 it says "... then Pharaoh hastened to call Moses and Aaron and said, I have sinned against the Lord your God and against you, but I beg you now to forgive my sin, just this once, and to pray May Jehovah your God remove at least this deadly plague from me...”

And what does Moses do? Intercede on behalf of Pharaoh. Brothers, intercessory prayer is the second spiritual weapon for victory over the enemy. You have to pray for witches, you have to pray for sorcerers, you have to pray for satanic churches, and I challenge you on the day to leave it and that we all be on our knees praying that the throne of Satan fall as David once prayed that God would confuse his enemies when he had given sound counsel for David's death, and David's prayer, Lord, confuse this man.

Brothers, when you and I pray against the kingdom of darkness we must say, Lord, confuse the throne of Satan so that your name may be glorified, so that all the earth recognizes that you are God. intercessory prayer is very important so that the enemy recognizes that God is a God without equal, so that the enemy recognizes that there is no other like him here on earth.

And by now God has silenced the voice of sorcerers and he can do it today. Do you believe it brother? Amen.

The third weapon, full confidence in the powerful hand of God. Chapter 13, verse 3 of Exodus:

β€œ... And Moses said to the people, remember this day in which you came out of Egypt, from the house of slavery, for the Lord has brought you out from here with a strong hand....”

Verse 14: β€œ...and when tomorrow your son asks you saying, what is this? You will tell him the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand, out of every bondage..."

Verse 24, look with me at verse 24 and 25 of Chapter 14: "... it came to pass in the morning watch that Jehovah looked upon the camp of the Egyptians from the pillar of fire and of cloud and upset the camp of the Egyptians and removed the wheel from their chariots and severely upset them. Then the Egyptians said, let us flee before Israel, for the LORD fights for them against the Egyptians...."

Verse 30, "...so the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore and Israel saw that great deed that Jehovah executed against the Egyptians. The people feared Jehovah and believed in Jehovah and Moses, his servants..."

Dear brothers, spiritually speaking we have a great battle to fight, in the context where God is allowing us to live here, the key for victory over the enemy is a life of obedience, intercessory prayer and full confidence in the powerful hand of God.

If you and I do that, let's not faint, God is going to give us victory. The church of LeΓ³n de JudΓ‘ is going to be even bigger, the new work that I am beginning is going to be great because I trust in the power of God.

I invite you to pray with me, bowing your head and closing your eyes. It is possible that there are some who are being oppressed by the enemy, perhaps their slavery is not physical like the Egyptians, like the nation of Israel, but perhaps Satan is enslaving you spiritually, or perhaps you have not yet met that almighty God, I I invite you at this hour to surrender your life to him, stop worshiping Satan, surrender your life to Jesus Christ.

Whether you are a youth or a teenager or an elderly adult, there is no other power but the power of God. do not go after witchcraft, do not fear witches because God is almighty. If you hold on to him and trust him, there is no vice that you cannot leave, no matter what the tie the enemy has you in, the power of God is superior, he can bring liberation to your life and also to your family, why don't you pray this time with me:

Lord, help me, set me free, save me so that I can serve you. And if you are already saved, say, Lord, I want to be used by you, to free many here in this society to serve you. Oh Father, we thank you because you are almighty, just as you freed Israel, you have freed me and you will also free those who are still enslaved. Make me an instrument of yours, like your servant Moses, obedient to your word. Help me to intercede for those who do not know you and help me to trust in your mighty hand, that you will do the work for the glory of your name, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
