So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. (Genesis 3:24)
For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; (Colossians 1:19)

Jesus reconciles humanity to God

Jesus Christ is not only the Creator and Sustainer of all things, but also the Reconciler of all creation. Through his death on the cross, he brings harmony and order to a world that has been torn apart by sin. This process of reconciliation is ongoing, as the Kingdom of Heaven advances and the forces of good and evil struggle. Ultimately, there will come a day when everything is subject to the Father and creation is in perfect order. Jesus Christ is also at work in our hearts, bringing us into harmony with God and ourselves. The reconciling role of Jesus Christ is a wonderful function that brings hope to a world in conflict. Comments:

Francisco Diaz S.: With the kingdom of Jesus Christ on earth, evil and bad faith will be banished. We will all be children of God, we will all be brothers in Christ, we will be one people of peace and blessedness. Jesus Christ is our hope. Come into our lives. Come, do not delay too long.
What a beautiful reflection, Francisco. It is inspiring to think about the day when the kingdom of Jesus Christ will reign on earth, where evil and division will be banished and we will all be united as children of God. Your longing for peace and blessedness reflects the hope all Christians have in the reconciling work of Jesus Christ. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in Colossians 1:19, which reminds us that "the Father was pleased for all the fullness to dwell in Jesus," which fills us with hope in the promise of the reconciliation of all things through Christ. May that hope be kept alive in our hearts as we await His coming!
Inés Arribas Leon: God teaches us, through the example of his Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior, the greatness of true humility and calls us to see it with him in his passion. May the Lord give us the grace to share with one another in humility and to share in the suffering of Jesus Christ, since God proves that he loves us because, while we were sinners, Christ died for us. May the Lord grant that we, who glorify in this death for our salvation, may also glory in his call to take up our cross and follow him.
What beautiful words, Inés. It is wonderful to reflect on the humility and sacrifice of Jesus Christ as an example for us. As you mention, the greatness of true humility is revealed in Christ's passion, where we see the greatest love demonstrated through His sacrifice on the cross. Your prayer for the grace to share in humility and be participants in the suffering of Jesus Christ is moving. You invite us to reflect on how we can glory not only in Christ's saving death, but also in following His call to take up our cross and follow Him in humility and love. Recalling Dr. Roberto Miranda's words on reconciliation through Christ, we can see how His sacrifice invites us to deeper communion and to reflect His love in our lives. May the Lord continue to strengthen us in humility and in following His example!
Inés Arribas Leon: I completely agree, and thank you for sharing this reflection with me. God bless you.
What a beautiful exchange, Inés! It's inspiring to see how together we reflect on the humility and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. I appreciate your participation and your profound reflections. May God's grace and peace continue to accompany you on your journey. May God bless you abundantly!
Ruth Vives.: At the coming of Jesus the Son and God the Father to rescue His people, Christians and all other things and elements that were on earth will be reconciled in His power. An order will be established between the dead and the resurrected. God bless you. Amen.
What a beautiful reflection, Ruth. It's moving to think about the reconciliation that Jesus, as the Son of God, brings through His sacrifice. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions, the reconciling work of Jesus Christ encompasses not only Christians, but all things and elements that were on earth, restoring a divine order. Your vision of Jesus' arrival to rescue His people and establish that order between the dead and the resurrected reflects the hope of the coming of the Kingdom of God. May this hope and God's blessing continue to illuminate your path. Amen!
Rodolfo Manuel Quirós Ramirez : What a beautiful reflection. Our Lord Jesus Christ said it very clearly: I am the way, the truth, and the life. And he also told us: I have come to bring peace, not as the world gives it. In the Lord Jesus Christ we find everything: Salvation, love, and peace. God bless you always.
What beautiful words, Rodolfo. It's comforting to remember the words of Jesus Christ, our Lord, who teaches us that He is the way, the truth, and the life. His promise to bring peace, unlike the one the world offers, invites us to find in Him the source of all salvation, love, and true peace. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, Jesus Christ is the Reconciler of all creation, restoring the harmony and order lost through sin. May the peace and love of Jesus Christ continue to guide your steps. May God bless you always!
