I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. (Psalm 40:1)
When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was. (John 11:6)

God many times waits until the last moment

God often waits until the last moment to send blessings because He has a greater purpose in our trials. He wants to teach us things, grow us spiritually, and bless those around us with our example of faith and persistence. It's important to ask God what He is trying to teach us and how we can get the most out of the situation. We need to navigate the stormy waters of life with faith and dependence on Him. Comments:

Francisco Diaz S.: God is always with us, we are his creatures and he does not abandon us in good times or bad. - How many times have we been in difficult situations and at the last minute we are presented with solutions that seem miraculous? It is God who never abandons us, he is always with us. - Hallelujah!
God is always present in our lives, even in the most difficult moments, as you rightly mention, Francisco. As described in Psalm 40:1, “I waited patiently for the LORD, and He inclined to me and heard my cry.” Sometimes, as in the case of the sick woman mentioned in the devotional, it seems that God waits until the last moment to intervene, but He is always with us, working in His perfect timing. Hallelujah for His faithfulness and unwavering love! How beautiful to remember that we are God’s creatures and that He never abandons us! Blessings on your journey of faith, Francisco!
Aleyda Colmenares: Amen. I didn't receive the daily verse today.
Aleyda, it is comforting to see your “amen” and your connection with the Word of God. Sometimes, as you mention, we may not receive a daily portion of Scripture, but remember that the Word of God is always available to us, in the Bible and in our hearts. In John 11:6 we see how Jesus waits before acting, showing that He has a perfect plan and in His time He shows us His love and care. May the peace and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always, Aleyda! Blessings!
Efigenia Vidal : I already missed today's devotional publication. Thank God, it was published and read for comfort, strength and hope. In times of affliction, it is where we experience and learn about the virtue of God, because His will is what is fulfilled. Although we may feel that God does not listen to us in prayer, in clamor, He is always aware of everything, because it is written: nothing happens that God does not allow. I speak from my testimony; God wants each one to move at the level of faith, even if the crisis deepens. Only He knows how far the burden can be carried, even if it seems to perish. Only He knows the purposes to be fulfilled in each one, even if we see evil advancing. I know that God is not a man to lie nor a son of man to repent of what He has given as a guarantee in His word of life. As Pastor Miranda says, God knows when to act. God bless you.
Efigenia, what a beautiful testimony you share about the importance of daily devotion and how comfort, strength, and hope are renewed through the Word of God. In your reflection, you highlight God’s virtue in the midst of affliction, reminding us that His will prevails and that He is always present, even when it seems that our prayers are not immediately heard. It is true, as you mention, that God knows our levels of faith and leads us through crises to strengthen us and fulfill His purposes in our lives. As you share, God is not a man to lie and His faithfulness to His promises is unwavering. Let us continue to trust in Him, knowing that His timing and plans are perfect, just as Pastor Miranda teaches us in his devotional. May God’s blessings and peace continue to illuminate your path, Efigenia! Thank you for sharing your experience of faith!

Your worship and trust in God are testimony to your unwavering faith. Let us remember the words of Psalm 40:1, which reminds us that waiting patiently on the Lord brings comfort and answers to our prayers. May your worship and trust in God continue to enrich your spiritual life, Enrique. God bless you abundantly!

LUIS PEREZ PIMIENTA : Many times the Lord tests us to see how we behave in difficult moments of anguish and tribulation. Sometimes we despair when the solution does not come in our time, but God who knows everything can manifest himself at the last moment.
What a profound reflection, Luis. It is true that God allows trials in our lives to show us how we react in the midst of anguish and tribulation. Although sometimes our impatience makes us despair when we do not see an immediate solution, it is comforting to remember that God, in his infinite wisdom, manifests himself at the perfect moment. As you mention, many times it is at the last moment that God intervenes, revealing his inexhaustible power and love. May you continue to trust in God's faithfulness and in his perfect timing, Luis. May your faith be strengthened in the midst of trials, remembering that in every challenge, God is working for our good. Blessings and peace to you on this journey of faith!
Manuel Diaz : Paul wrote to the Philippians and said, “I have learned, in my walk with the Lord, that the blessing lies in waiting and that God always brings us out to a spacious place and places us on a firm rock. He set my feet upon a rock.”
Manuel, how beautiful it is to remember Paul's words to the Philippians about the importance of waiting on the Lord. It is in those times of waiting and trusting in God that we experience his faithfulness and are strengthened. As you mention, God takes us out of difficult situations and places us in firm places, like placing our feet on a rock, showing his power and constant love. May your walk with the Lord continue to teach you valuable lessons of faith and trust in his guidance. May the promise of being placed in a safe and stable place in God be a lived reality in your life. Thank you for sharing this inspiring reflection, Manuel! God bless you abundantly on your journey of faith!
Ruth Vives.: Patience is one of the gifts of the spirit. Through it we can wait for the mercy that God desires for us. Plus his blessings at the time he sees fit. It is up to us to wait for his will and thus, receive his blessing. God bless you. Amen.
What a beautiful reflection, Ruth. Patience is, without a doubt, a gift from the Holy Spirit that allows us to trust in God’s mercy and blessings at the perfect time. Waiting on God’s will is an act of faith and humility that prepares us to receive His blessings at the time He knows is most beneficial for us. May your heart continue to cultivate that patience that comes from above, trusting that God works all things for our good. May His will be fulfilled in your life and may His blessing accompany you in every step you take. God richly bless you, Ruth! Amen!
