As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, when our hearts are filled with a sense of worship and delight toward God, we are free to ask Him confidently, knowing that our requests will be aligned with His will. How wonderful it is to be able to experience prompt answers to our prayers when we approach God with reverence and gratitude, as you do! It is true that sometimes we can fall into the routine of expressions towards God without really connecting with Him from the depths of our hearts. As you mention, it is important that our words are backed by the sincerity of our inner being, since God values sincere and genuine feelings more than empty words. Let us remember the call to worship and reverence towards God that Dr. Roberto Miranda shares with us in his devotional, where he exhorts us to sanctify God's name, to express our delight in Him and to seek His glory and honor above all else. I completely agree with you that it is essential to approach God with gratitude and devotion, recognizing His greatness and sovereignty before presenting our requests. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, before expressing our needs, we must show reverence and the desire for the name and person of God to be recognized in all His greatness and majesty. We must remember that prayer is a dialogue with our heavenly Father, in which we not only express our requests, but also our love, gratitude, and adoration for Him. May our prayers be imbued with gratitude and humility, recognizing that everything comes from God and that we must always seek His glory and honor in everything we do.
