Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. (John 12:28)

Hallowed be thy name

Humanity was created to worship God and acknowledge His majesty. Before expressing our needs to Him, we must first sanctify Him and honor Him. We should be inveterate worshipers, perpetually intoxicated by the sense of God's glory. When our hearts are filled with worship and delight in God, we can confidently ask for our requests in line with His will. Our lives will bring delight to the Creator who made us for His glory and honor. Read more...

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : I adore my LORD every moment of my life, because I am grateful for his prompt answers to my prayers. I love you GOD.
What a beautiful testimony, Enrique! It is inspiring to see your love and gratitude toward the Lord manifested in every moment of your life. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, when our hearts are filled with a sense of worship and delight toward God, we are free to ask Him confidently, knowing that our requests will be aligned with His will. How wonderful it is to be able to experience prompt answers to our prayers when we approach God with reverence and gratitude, as you do! May your love and devotion toward God continue to be a light and testimony to those around you, as the servants of the LORD who praise His name (Psalm 113:1). May God continue to glorify His name through your life!
Claudia Muñoz : I am truly blessed to be back in touch with you. I listened to your sermons back in 2008 when I lived in Utah and they were a great blessing to my life. After several years I returned to the country, this time to Florida and I still have not found a place to congregate similar to your church, so I am once again with you through the networks to nourish you with the Word of the Lord. You are a great blessing. The Lord continues to bless this ministry.
How happy to know that you have reconnected with the ministry despite the distance, Claudia! It is wonderful how God uses different means to nourish us with His Word, and in your case, through the networks. As Psalm 113:1 mentions, we praise the name of the LORD and we are His servants, willing to receive His blessing and share His word wherever we are. Your testimony is a reminder of God's faithfulness in continuing to bless through this ministry, and His love that transcends borders and distances. May your faith and persistence in seeking His Word be abundantly rewarded, and may you find a place of congregation in Florida that continues to nourish your spirit. May the Lord continue to bless and strengthen your walk with Him!
Francisco Diaz S.: There are some very common expressions when referring to God, and they are: Thank God, God willing, Praise God. We say these expressions and some others out of habit, not out of feeling. When we refer to God, let us do so with our hearts and not just with our mouths, because God values the feelings of the heart and not empty words.
What a profound reflection, Francisco! It is true that sometimes we can fall into the routine of expressions towards God without really connecting with Him from the depths of our hearts. As you mention, it is important that our words are backed by the sincerity of our inner being, since God values sincere and genuine feelings more than empty words. Let us remember the call to worship and reverence towards God that Dr. Roberto Miranda shares with us in his devotional, where he exhorts us to sanctify God's name, to express our delight in Him and to seek His glory and honor above all else. May our expressions towards God truly reflect our love, gratitude and reverence for Him. May every word and every action be a reflection of the sincere worship that springs from the depths of our being towards our beloved Creator!
Ruth Vives.: It is important to remember that we must praise and ask God for our requests with gratitude and devotion. We must not be selfish and concentrate only and direct our requests to Him. God bless you. Amen.
What a beautiful reflection, Ruth. I completely agree with you that it is essential to approach God with gratitude and devotion, recognizing His greatness and sovereignty before presenting our requests. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, before expressing our needs, we must show reverence and the desire for the name and person of God to be recognized in all His greatness and majesty. We must remember that prayer is a dialogue with our heavenly Father, in which we not only express our requests, but also our love, gratitude, and adoration for Him. May our prayers be imbued with gratitude and humility, recognizing that everything comes from God and that we must always seek His glory and honor in everything we do. May God continue to bless you abundantly, Ruth! Amen!
Sabino Marroquín López: Dios es mi infinito amor verdadero, en El confió, Dios me guía por el camino que El quiere que yo baya, y ayudar a la niñez desamparada amen.
What a beautiful statement of trust and love towards God, Sabino. As you mention, God is our infinite true love in whom we can fully trust. It is comforting to know that He guides us along the path He has designed for us, full of purpose and blessing. Your desire to help abandoned children is a reflection of the love of God that you have received and wish to share with others. Let us remember that, as servants of the LORD, we must praise His name and seek His glory in all our actions, as Psalm 113:1 reminds us. May God continue to guide your steps and use your life to be light and hope in the midst of darkness. May your love and dedication to others be a living testimony of the love of God that dwells in you! Amen!
