And when he had taken him, and brought him to his mother, he sat on her knees till noon, and then died. (2 Kings 4:20)
Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick. (John 11:3)

Adversity comes in any situation

In this passage, we see how the woman who was blessed with a child by Elisha faces adversity when her son dies. This reminds us that even when God blesses us, adversity can still come. However, adversity can also help us deepen our relationship with God. The woman's faith leads her to bring her dead son to the prophet's room, showing us that we can bring our problems to God and invite Him to enter into our situation through prayer and supplication. This allows us to challenge God lovingly to bless us and believe in His power to do great things. Read more...

Marcela carrasco : Yes, many times I have felt very alone due to various difficulties that have been presented to me and it is difficult for me to understand under the patterns of my intelligence what justice is for me, but I see that God's justice is different from what we human beings We think that he is God, obnipotent, obnoxious, he knows everything and he is in all places even if we do not see him and he knows what is best for us, his children, that is why I am grateful for every difficulty because I know that behind it there is a teaching, or purpose for We love the Lord with all my heart, my soul and my strength. I ask him to never let me go from his hand, I love him.
Hello Marcela! Thank you for sharing your experience and your love for the Lord. It is true that we often find it difficult to understand God's justice from our limited perspective. However, as Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, adversity can be an opportunity for God to unfold other dimensions of His Person and teach us important lessons. Even though we don't always see the purpose behind our difficulties, we can trust that God, who is all-powerful and omniscient, knows what is best for us as His children. Continue to love the Lord with all your heart and trust that He will never let you go from His hand. May the peace of God always be with you!

Hello María de Lourdes! Thanks for your comment. You are absolutely right, the Lord warns us that we will face tribulations in this world, but He also assures us that He has overcome the world. As you mention, in the heavenly spheres, the tribulations have already been overcome. We can trust in our Lord's perfect love, promises, faithfulness, mercy and grace at all times.
