Insecurity can lead to error

Believers often feel the need to prove themselves to unbelievers, revealing insecurity and a desire for approval. This was evident in King Jehoshaphat's impulsiveness to join ungodly kings in military campaigns, putting himself in danger. Insecurities can stem from negative experiences in the past and must be acknowledged and healed through prayer, the Word, and wise counsel. We must also remain vigilant and resist these tendencies to align with God's will. Read more...

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : My security is in GOD. I love you my lord.
Hello, Enrique! It is wonderful that you find your security in God. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, sometimes we feel insecure when seeking the approval of others, but in reality, our true security must come from God. As it says in Proverbs 16:22, "Understanding is a source of life to him who possesses it, but the instruction of fools is foolishness." Knowing that we have God as our guide and depending on His wisdom gives us genuine and lasting security. Furthermore, as 1 Corinthians 11:31 mentions, by judging ourselves and seeking a life aligned with God's will, we avoid being judged by others. Continue trusting God and seeking His direction in your life. God bless you!

It is wonderful that you are dedicating this special day to Him and that you are praying for His guidance and protection for you, your family, and those who have not yet accepted God into their lives. Remember that God is merciful and hears our prayers. As the devotional says, "Only the merciful intervention of God, motivated by the sincere and pious heart of Jehoshaphat, prevented the king of Judah from losing his life as a consequence of those crazy decisions" (Dr. Roberto Miranda). Continue to trust in God and seek His will at all times. God bless you abundantly! Amen.
