And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Michal Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart. (2 Samuel 6:16)
And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. (Acts 10:15)

Many times God will correct our intellect

When the Power of God begins to move in our lives, the circumstances around us align themselves according to God's call. David's brothers reacted negatively to his anointing and the move of God, but David continued to be obedient to the Holy Spirit. When God moves in the mighty move of His Spirit, strange things can happen, and we simply have to be obedient to the Holy Spirit. God will correct our intellect by doing things that will expand our faith and allow us to reach another level of understanding and greater capacity to use the gift of God in our lives. Read more...

Comments:

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : You bless me every day with your word LORD. I love you.
Thank you for sharing your love and blessings towards the Lord. It is wonderful to be able to experience His love and grace through His Word every day. Let us remember that Dr. Roberto Miranda teaches us in his devotional that "God does what He wants and sometimes humiliates the intellect, the culture so He can do what He wants to do in our lives" (devotional, paragraph 9). Let us continue to love and serve the Lord with all our hearts, trusting in His direction and letting His Spirit guide us each day. May God bless you abundantly.
Francisco Diaz S.: Let us accept the will of the Lord, let us live according to his designs, always having faith in the actions of God in us, as Peter says: "we are God's offspring, a chosen people, a holy nation." Praise my Lord
Amen, Francisco. It is beautiful when we accept the will of the Lord and live according to His designs. As you mention, we are God's offspring, a chosen people and a holy nation (1 Peter 2:9). Let us continue to trust in the work that God is doing in us and maintain our faith in His actions in our lives. Let us praise the Lord for His greatness and faithfulness. May He continue to guide us and bless us every day. Glory to God!
Sabino Marroquín López.: Ani I am not worried about being scolded, I always remain silent with my mind and heart inclined to the LORD, I prefer to be silent than to argue amen.
Sabino, it is wise to have an attitude of humility and peace in moments of criticism or reprimand. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, "one of the biggest dangers and one of the biggest mistakes that a Church, a ministry, an individual can make is to allow themselves to be intimidated and try to accommodate the criticism of those people. " (devotional, paragraph 7). Keeping our minds and hearts inclined toward the Lord allows us to show His love and grace even in difficult situations. May the Lord continue to give you wisdom and discernment to follow his will. Blessings!
