The Old Testament and the New Testament approach the moving of the Holy Spirit in different ways, but it is the same phenomenon. In the Old Testament, it was limited to a few chosen people such as kings, priests, and prophets, whereas in the New Testament, it became accessible to every believer. The anointing of the Holy Spirit enables believers to do specific tasks in the Christian life. Every believer has access to this anointing, and we should not waste this opportunity. We can activate the Spirit of God within us to move in a powerful way.
