And the king of Syria said, Go to, go, and I will send a letter unto the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of raiment. (2 Kings 5:5)
Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: (James 4:13)

We cannot import the patterns of the secular world into the Christian world

Naaman, a man of authority, seeks healing from God but operates according to his patterns of power and authority. He goes to the king of Israel and believes that he can bribe and pay the prophet Elisha to do the miracle that he needs. But God wants to bring Naaman to a frontal encounter with the realities of His Kingdom where only the humble acquire what God needs. Sometimes God is waiting for us to humble ourselves before Him. We cannot import the patterns from the secular world to the Christian world. God seeks the heart and wants us to break before Him so that He can do what He wants to do in our lives. The lesson of this moment is to humble ourselves before God and let Him pass us through the sugar mill so that we can receive and contain the glory that God wants to give us. Read more...

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : Thank you my LORD for not making exception of people to work in us. Praise Jesus Christ.
Amen, Enrique Meneses Muñoz. It is wonderful that God is no respecter of persons and is willing to work in each of us, no matter who we are or what our background is. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, God seeks humble and broken hearts, willing to submit to His will. In the case of Naaman, we see that his position of power and authority was not enough to obtain the miracle he needed. God wanted Naaman to acknowledge his dependence on Him and humble himself before Him. In the same way, God invites us to approach Him with humility and singleness of heart, acknowledging that we are dependent on His grace and power. Praised be Jesus Christ for His love and mercy toward each one of us.
Julio Saturnino Ardura López : Excellent message, I totally agree. In the years that I have been to the truth, it is true that I had to go through many afflictions, but I have learned that from my afflictions I can now help others. When one admits who he is now in the Lord, as his word says in the world you will have afflictions; but do not fear I have overcome the world, this is the devil. The Lord Jesus Himself passed tests, the process itself, He knows very well all our sufferings. Come to me all of you who are labored and loaded that I will give you rest. Hallelujah God bless you in everything Amen and Amen
Amen, Julio Saturnino Ardura López. How beautiful it is to see how God uses us even in the midst of our afflictions to help others. As you mention, in this world we will face afflictions, but we should not fear, because Jesus has overcome the world and Satan. He himself went through trials and sufferings, so he knows very well what we are experiencing. In God's Word, Jesus invites us to turn to Him when we are weary and heavy-laden, promising us rest. How wonderful it is to know that in Him we find relief and comfort. May God bless you abundantly in everything. Amen and amen.
Cat sa: Very early I pray and read, they are studies of wisdom and learning AMEN
Amen, Catsa. It is wonderful to see your commitment to seek God early in prayer and reading. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, God wants us to be diligent in our lives and to take initiative in our relationship with Him. Through prayer and the study of His Word, we receive wisdom and learning for our lives. It is a privilege to be able to grow in our knowledge of God and strengthen our faith. May the Lord continue to guide and bless you in your search for wisdom and learning. Amen.
Francisco Diaz S.: True wealth is not in what you have, in money, your possessions, your power.- No, true wealth is in your heart; if you are loving understanding, merciful, then you are truly rich in qualities and your soul pleases the Lord
Amen, Francisco Diaz S. You are absolutely right. True wealth is not measured by the material possessions we have, but by the qualities of the heart and soul. As you mention, being loving, understanding and merciful are characteristics that reflect true spiritual wealth. These qualities please the Lord and allow us to live a full and meaningful life. In God's Word, we are encouraged to seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will supply all our needs. May we value and cultivate these riches of the heart that last for eternity. May the Lord bless you and fill you with abundant grace. Amen.
Sabino Marroquín López.: God is merciful and permissive, we have to have faith and trust in God and not disobey, God made the tree of good and evil, and the serpent: knowing that Adam and Eve were going to sin by being disobedient, that is why it is so important to know GOD through his word: the Bible amen.
Amen, Sabino Marroquín López. Indeed, God is merciful and forgiving, but He also calls us to have faith and trust in Him, and to obey His Word. As you mention, the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden teaches us the importance of knowing God through His Word, the Bible. God gave them clear and precise instructions, but unfortunately, they decided to disobey and sin. However, despite their disobedience, God showed His mercy by providing them with an opportunity for redemption and establishing a plan of salvation through Jesus Christ. It is essential that we draw close to God and know His Word in order to live in obedience and experience His love and forgiveness. May the Lord guide us in our study and understanding of His Word. Amen.
Rosa María : Human beings currently appear before God in vile garments. All justice is like filthy rags (Isaiah. 64:6) Satan uses masterful accusing power over them to show their imperfections as evidence of their weakness. God came to this world to atone for their sins and use his divine justice, affirms that by faith in his name they can receive forgiveness and a perfect character similar to his. He has widely forgiven the repentant and will carry out his redemptive work of love in them. If they continue to believe and trust in him, he will complete his redemptive work by defeating the enemy and glorifying his name through salvation in them. Those who by the grace of God have managed to overcome their weaknesses have to teach others the secret of Victory, pointing out to them the source of strength. Each converted soul is given the privilege of helping those around him who do not rejoice in the light in which they stand. They too can know the joy they experience. But to all who received him, to those who believe in his name, he gave the power to become children of God John 1 12. Amen. Blessings Thank you for the word, it will always be a great blessing 🙏😇😇😇.
Amen, Rosa Maria. Thank you for sharing those powerful truths. It is true that as human beings, we appear before God with our vile garments, full of imperfections and sins. However, thanks to the redemptive work of Jesus, we can receive forgiveness and be clothed with His divine righteousness. Through faith in His name, we can experience forgiveness and be transformed into the image of Christ. It is wonderful to know that God widely forgives those who repent and continues His redemptive work of love in them. As you mention, those who have overcome their weaknesses have a responsibility to teach others about the secret of victory, pointing them to the source of strength that is Jesus. Each converted soul has the privilege of helping those around them and sharing the joy they have experienced. The Word of God reminds us that all who receive Jesus and believe in His name are given the privilege of becoming children of God. What a beautiful promise and blessing. May the Lord help us to live in His grace, trust Him, and share His love and redemption with those around us. May God bless you abundantly and may His Word continue to be a source of great blessing in your life. Amen.
Rosa María : So be it hallelujah amen 😇😇🙏🙏
Amen, Rosa Maria. Hallelujah! May the name of the Lord be glorified and may His peace and blessings be with you always. May your heart be filled with joy and gratitude for His love and mercy. Let us continue to praise and adore the God who has forgiven us and has given us eternal life. May His presence and His grace accompany us in every step we take. Hallelujah! Amen.
Gloria Brito : I agree with all the reflections. We must always read the Bible, where we will find the guide we need to live according to God's will.
Hello, Gloria Brito! You're right. The Bible is an invaluable source of wisdom and guidance for our daily lives. In it we find the teachings and principles that help us to live according to the will of God. The Word of God enlightens us, corrects us, and encourages us in our walk with the Lord. It is important that we make reading and studying the Bible a constant practice in our lives. Through it, we learn more about the nature of God, His unconditional love, His purpose for us, and how we should live as Christ's disciples. The Bible strengthens us, gives us direction, and enables us to face the challenges and decisions that come our way. Allow the Bible to be your lamp and guide, and trust that the Holy Spirit will reveal profound truths to you as you immerse yourself in it. May each day have a special time in the Word of God, and may its light illuminate every aspect of your life. May the Lord bless you abundantly as you grow in your relationship with Him through His Word. Blessings!
Gustavo Martinez Afanador : We must not bring into our Spiritual life, not remembering what you left behind what you were doing in the world and you are a person transformed and free through the blood that redeemed you and washed you so that your sins were forgiven, we must be in prayer so as not to give place to sin and read the word and help us so that the mind lives in the presence of God. Blessings
Hello, Gustavo Martinez Afanador! Thanks for sharing your reflection. You are absolutely right, as believers in Christ, we must leave behind our past and live a life transformed and free by the redemptive work of Jesus. The blood of Christ has washed us clean and forgiven us of our sins, and now we are new creatures in Him. It is essential that we are in constant communion with God through prayer, to strengthen ourselves and avoid giving place to sin in our lives. Prayer helps us keep our minds and hearts focused on God's presence, enabling us to live in obedience to His will. Furthermore, reading and meditating on the Word of God is essential for our spiritual growth. The Bible guides us, teaches us and strengthens us in our daily lives. It reveals to us the character and purposes of God, and gives us wisdom to face the challenges we encounter in the world. May the Lord continue to bless you and guide you in your walk with Him. May His Holy Spirit strengthen you to live a life that honors and glorifies His name. Blessings!
