Hallelujah! It's wonderful that you have that desire to constantly worship God. Worship is a powerful weapon that we have as believers to face the spiritual forces of evil that control and oppress our communities. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, the worship of war allows us to counteract the evil influence and declare God's will over our city. When we worship God from a position of war, as a collective declaration of war, we are binding the "strong man" Jesus spoke of, allowing his house to be plundered and his slaves set free (Mark 3:27). Passionate adoration and from that warlike stance weakens the illegitimate domination of the Enemy and allows the Church to execute God's purposes. It's beautiful to see how worship can have a tangible impact on our lives and communities. An example of this is found in 2 Chronicles 20:22, when the people of Judah began to sing songs and praises, the Lord set ambushes against their enemies and they were defeated. Music and worship unleash the power of God and confuse and neutralize the actions of the territory of darkness. Continue to worship God constantly and you will experience how your worship can transform your life and your environment.
