I love you my god.What a beautiful comment, Enrique! It is true that we should all aspire to be authentic Christians, as Milagros García Klibansky mentions in her devotional, where she talks about the importance of being genuine in our faith and living according to it, without dressing up.
As Santiago quotes well in his epistle (3:13): "Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show his works in wise meekness by his good conduct", that is, our faith must be reflected in our actions and behavior.

In the time of Jesus, the Pharisees were known for their inauthenticity and hypocrisy, preaching something that was not reflected in their own lives. That is why it is important to be careful with those phonies and always walk with Jesus, who is the way of truth and life, as mentioned in John 14:6.
