SUMMARY: The Letter of Jesus to the Church of Philadelphia is relevant to the Congregation Lion of Judah on New Year's Day. The enemy has plans to neutralize the Church of Jesus Christ, but the good news is that God has the key to the house of David and can open any door in the universe. Even when the believer feels small and weak, fidelity to God is more important than success. God cares about the little ones and values small things. The Church needs to pray for the Power of God to flow and change people's hearts. God wants to show His glory through our weaknesses.

He will write His name on us three times to show that we belong to Him. Jesus has the key to open any door, and 2017 is declared the year of the door opened by God. We are invited to accept Christ as our Lord and Savior and make a covenant with Him.

The Letter that we are going to study today is a letter that I could not have chosen better to study on the first day of the year. I believe that in God's providence this is a message in which He is speaking to us as a Congregation Lion of Judah on this day, so let's open our hearts, Jesus has something to say on this day.
