Testimonial - We Saw His Glory
Faustino de Jesús Zamora VargasAt approximately 2:00 pm Brother Eddy's operation began. At the moment that the cranial cavity was opened, everything began to get complicated since the supposed tumor, apparently, was a hemangioma that burst and began to bleed profusely, so that the brother had to be repeatedly transfused and was left with 2 grams of hemoglobin . The doctors, unable to stop the bleeding, went out and spoke with the family, giving up and with our Pastor who says that the doctor squeezed his hand and said - You believe, right? ... well pray, because we don't have him, only a miracle can save him. The doctor was disappointed: "He had never lost a patient," he said. Many brothers at that time were gathered in the church praying, the information media, prayer chains were activated and in a few minutes the hospital was filled with the children of God who gathered there to cry out to God for a brother. At approximately 5:00 pm I got home from work and they told me the news, I left for the hospital and within a few minutes of being there, they took the brother out of the room, still unconscious, but stable.
The God we trust is a God of power. When everything seems lost, God says: "trust me, I have a purpose and no one can hinder it, because I am God and there is no other besides me."
The God we trust is a miraculous God. Only he can take life or give it back, because He was the one who created it. No one knows our body better than He, because we are His workmanship.
The God we trust is a merciful God. Even when his plans were to allow Eddy's life to be extinguished, the clamor of his people, united in prayer, suffering with those who are suffering, humiliating themselves before him, is capable of making him change his mind out of love for his children.
Yesterday we palpably saw the glory of God. God yesterday restored a life that for men was lost. God showed us yesterday how miserable we are and how useless the wisdom that does not come from Him is. Yesterday, Eddy and his family were a testimony to the greatness of our loving Father. Praise the name of God over all the earth!
