But deliver us from evil

Evil is like the blind and indifferent viruses that populate the world. They are everywhere. They have neither love nor hate for us. They are totally indifferent to us. But if one day they bump into us, they can contaminate us with disease, or sometimes lead to death.

This fallen world is saturated with evil. Evil is the air we breathe. It is a tricky and invisible network spread everywhere. If we do not take care of ourselves, we can easily fall into its poisonous threads and lose even life. The human being is an eminently fragile creature. While in the world, he passes through a forest full of relentless beasts, exposed to danger until the day of his death.
