For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.(2 Pedro 2:21)

This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:(2 Pedro 3:1)

En este pasaje de Primera de Tesalonicenses, el apóstol Pablo llama a ser sobrios y velar, y no ser como los borrachos del mundo que no ven la realidad. Él nos recuerda que no somos hijos de ira, sino que Dios nos ha puesto para alcanzar la salvación a través de Jesucristo.
