Now these are the names of the tribes. From the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the coast of Hamath; for these are his sides east and west; a portion for Dan.(Ezequiel 48:1)
And by the border of Dan, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Asher.(Ezequiel 48:2)
And by the border of Asher, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Naphtali.(Ezequiel 48:3)
And by the border of Naphtali, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Manasseh.
And by the border of Manasseh, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Ephraim.(Ezequiel 48:5)
And by the border of Ephraim, from the east side even unto the west side, a portion for Reuben.(Ezequiel 48:6)
And by the border of Reuben, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for Judah.(Ezequiel 48:7)

And now thy two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, which were born unto thee in the land of Egypt before I came unto thee into Egypt, are mine; as Reuben and Simeon, they shall be mine. (Génesis 48:5)
And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn. (Génesis 48:14)
