Until the LORD removed Israel out of his sight, as he had said by all his servants the prophets. So was Israel carried away out of their own land to Assyria unto this day. (2 Reyes 17:23)

How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together. (Oseas 11:8)

How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire? (Salmos 79:5)
