Summary: The speaker discusses the importance of true worship in a world of relativity and chaos. He reads from John 4 about Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well. He emphasizes the need for a broader understanding of God in the midst of difficult circumstances and the importance of being a worker in the harvest. The speaker also highlights the silent reformation happening around the world and the unique opportunities in New England, where there are wells of living waters. He reminds listeners that God knows them and their abilities, and encourages them to ask themselves why they are here in this historical moment.

The speaker discusses the importance of true worship and the relationship between fathers and sons. He emphasizes that God seeks true worshippers who have a father and son relationship with him. He also talks about the importance of honoring one's parents and children, as well as the importance of truth in worship. The speaker encourages listeners to respond to God's invitation to become true worshippers and to have a deeper relationship with him.

The speaker urges the congregation to be true worshippers and to present their lives as living sacrifices to God. He reminds them of the importance of having congruence in their lives and being who they say they are by the grace of God. The prophetic word for 2016 is that God is looking for true worshippers. The speaker prays for the congregation to be unified in God and for any relational curses to be broken. He encourages them to forgive, love, serve, and reconcile with others, and to take responsibility for their own spiritual growth.

I would like to share a few moments this morning about true worship in an era of relativity and I want to go to the text in John 4, I want to read starting from verse 4 when Jesus leaves Galilee, his disciples are baptizing. Jesus is already delegating, multiplying himself through the disciples. How many of you know that the work is not solely for Pastor Roberto? Say amen harder. Jesus had already baptized the 12, he had not baptized anyone, he says in verse 1 and 2 and he leaves Galilee and had to pass through Samaria.

“…So he came to a city of Samaria called Sychar near the parcel of land that Jacob gave to his son Joseph, and there was Jacob's well. So Jesus, tired from the journey, sat down by the well. It was about the sixth hour and a woman from Samaria came to draw water and Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink,” because his disciples had gone to the city to buy food. Then, the Samaritan woman said to him, "How is it that you, being a Jew, ask me for a drink from me who is a Samaritan?" – because the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. Jesus answered and said to her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that tells you to give me a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water." She told him, “Lord, you don't have anything to draw it with and the well is deep, where do you get that living water from? Are you greater than our father Jacob who gave us the well from which he himself and his cattle drank?" Jesus answered and said to him, “Everyone who drinks this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks the water that I will give him will never thirst again.”

say amen "But the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up to eternal life." The woman said to him, "Lord, give me some of that water so that I won't be thirsty or come here to get it." He told her, "Go, call your husband and come here." And the woman answered, she said to him, "I have no husband." And Jesus said to her, "You have said well, I have no husband, because you have had five husbands and the one you have now is not your husband." – How many know that God knows everything? –

"In that you have spoken the truth." The woman said to him, “Sir, it seems to me that you are a prophet. Our fathers worshiped on this mountain and you say that Jerusalem is the place where one should worship." Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. You worship what you don't know but we worship what we know because salvation comes from the Jews. But the hour is coming, and now is when the true worshipers will adore the Father in spirit and in truth, for certainly such the Father seeks to be worshiped. And God is spirit and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." The woman said to him, "I know that the Messiah is coming, the one who is called Christ, when he comes he will declare everything to us." And Jesus said, "I am the one speaking to you."

What a tremendous encounter with this woman and Jesus in a historical place as it was, not only Samaria, but at Jacob's well. It is important to know in these times of so much transition, in the era or in the computer age from where our 24/7 news cycles bring us news that occurs in far away places that affects markets and affects cultures and affects daily life. of all people. In the old days, a couple of decades ago, you had to get magazines like Newsweek and Time Magazine to find out what was happening around the world and now you can get up and go on your computer, on your Ipad or phone and the news That's it, everything that happened around the world right there, immediately.

And it kind of creates a dynamic where, I don't know if you've heard this, but apparently everything has sped up, time is getting shorter and shorter but in reality what's happening is time is still 24 hours in a day, and 60 minutes in an hour, but that our ability to know things is far beyond our potential that we have as human beings to be able to process all the information that is coming to us. So, it creates that capsizing environment, that environment where everything is coming at us at 100 miles an hour and there's no way to stop it and we're not in control of it in any way and it's coming hurtling at us. And so, even bad news – how many know that bad news sells more than good news? – I don't know what there is in the human being that likes those morbid news more, those things that one sees than the curse and malice of the enemy, who tries to destroy what God has created.

And therefore we have all kinds of situations in a historical moment in the church. And I tell you, with 7 billion people inhabiting the earth it's interesting that this scripture in John 4 is in the context, if one keeps reading, of a harvest that Jesus said, “Stop saying that now is coming, I tell you of True, it's here now."

So, in the midst of all the bad news, and since we have the privilege of traveling so much to different nations, the Lord has shown us, and it is a privilege and an honor for us, of so many small bonfires and men and women of God making great things to him by all nations. I mean, today, when there is apparently hopelessness that it seems that the enemy is winning through all the news and you just get the news from these stations or social sources, from social media, you would swear that the world is falling apart. to pieces and that there is nothing that anyone can do.

And in the middle of that, and that's why I really liked the workshops and the message that I haven't heard, but only the title caught my attention, about how to prosper in a moment or in an atmosphere that seems contrary to that very word. Because God always comes and reveals himself contrary to the atmosphere or the state of that atmosphere anywhere. In fact, by night he came in a pillar of fire and by day in a cloud. And God always comes in a way other than what the world thinks is normal and everyday. That is why I truly understand when a non-believer is afraid of the times we are living in but it is difficult for me, I want to be honest, when I listen to the people of God fearfully walking, when the God who created us dwells within us.

That is to say, that our vision and revelation of who God is has to be much bigger and broader than the circumstances that surround our nations. And that is why I love the point of view of what is happening in the world today, because my brothers, I want to announce to you that the Gospel of the kingdom of Jesus Christ is advancing today in such an accelerated way that never in history has such a freak. I mean, just look at some small statistics, but last year when Easter was celebrated, 40% of the world's population went to church to celebrate it. Come on, 40% are more than 3 billion people. How many say amen, or something?

Every 7 to 10 days more than a million people convert to the Gospel. In Muslim countries there is an explosion of God's grace on those nations, when the whole world is afraid and afraid of everything that Isis can do or everything that radicals and their bombs and their suicide bombs and all that can do, God it is eating them from the inside out, little by little God reveals himself in dreams and visions. He comes to villages and converts an entire village because God is great and his mercy is great.

30% of the Catholic people are charismatic. Now that they have all the correct doctrine, my brother, the longer I live, the more I realize that the doctrine is important but not the main thing, because only God knows the heart of man. And God, as we are going to see and as we will be talking about this morning, is looking for true worshipers. And that is a theme that as we travel we want to raise a generation that at this time can have a worship that goes beyond the circumstance they are living so that God can glorify himself in all things, and that we have salt in us. and the necessary light to not simply live to receive well-being for being sons and daughters of God, but rather that we can illuminate others who are in the dark.

That is to say, that in times of harvest we cannot simply say that we are going to worry about ourselves because God says, I have called you to go and be a worker in the midst of that harvest. And so I say this morning and I want to declare that Jesus has won, Jesus is winning, and Jesus will win. And the Gospel is advancing and churches are being planted and God is moving young people and moving older people and moving generations and it is nothing but a great blessing in the nations, and even in the continent of Europe phenomena are happening, things that have not been seen for a long time, a long time and in the same United States and in our own town a revival, a fire of God that is consuming the enemy.

Tomorrow we celebrate Martin Luther Day and next year we celebrate 500 years of the Protestant Reformation. Well, Martin Luther nails the theses on the church door in Wittenberg and at that moment declares a prophetic proclamation of his time. He did not think that he was experiencing a reform, history says that it was a reform later, and I want to tell you, my brothers, that in the midst of everything that is happening there is a silent reform that is happening throughout the nations. And one of the things is an introduction to the influence of John as an Apostle in our churches. When he has now converted more and more there is talk of a relationship, not only with God, but with one another and an adoration in spirit and in truth where it is not only about something religious but something truly normal and supernatural in each of our lives. That is why Jacob's well is important because it is here that he met this lady Jesus, or young lady, it is not known.

Because Jacob's well had been the well where Jacob was able to dig his own well, the first time he went to the land that God told him, he had to contend with others who owned the waters of that land and then he went to another well. where he was able to share the waters, but in this well God gave him the ability to open it and be able to have it to grow his family. That is to say, in those old wells, especially here in New England, brothers, where there are wells of living waters, of revivals that touched this land of which, by living here, you will be able to enter into the work where you do not sowed

It is to say that God has prepared something so unique for us. Go, tell your brother, God has great things for you. There is an era of relativity and Jesus always modeling he comes against the customs of that day and he well says to this lady, "We are in times of religious transition, it will no longer be in Jerusalem or on this mountain where we are going to to adore. I am looking for something new, I am doing something new. You would realize, you realize who you are talking to, you realize the historical moment you are living in, you realize why God brought you to this moment here, why he chose you in the 21st century. Come on, ask yourself. They are existential questions, why am I here. And I tell you, you are here for more than bread and drink, because she was engrossed or simply in her mind thinking, I want you to give me this water so I don't have to come here and have to do this job.

That is, she could not even go to the place to understand what he was doing in his great mercy with her. I mean, Jesus is talking to this lady, and she didn't even realize it. How many of us blame the devil for things that God is doing? say amen Suddenly the Lord is doing something and God is there, Jesus is being very clear and we want to throw that car to Satan and say, no, that's not with us. But God in his loving fire is burning things in us. He's speaking to us and releasing revelation, demonstrating yourself in your heart, because he already knows him and he already knows who you are, right? How many knows that God didn't wake up this morning and he's amazed at who you are? That he already knows and it is very clear the abilities and the things with which you deal.

God said, I know that this is not your husband, I know that you have sin in your life. In fact, since it is the Apostle John who writes that, he says in his First Letter of John, “Don't say you have no sin because you lie against the truth. I tell you, admit it that I clean you if you walk in the light.

God seeks these worshipers. He prepares and my desire is to prepare these true worshipers, who are like prototypes and the essential thing is that these worshipers adore the Father. That is to say, there is a son and daughter relationship, we are not slaves of God and we do not come to him with chest beatings, you well know, surely you have shared from this very text, but it is a paternal love and it is the desire of the Father After having communion and having made us children, as John 1:12 says, he gave us the power, the authority to be children of God for those who receive it and believe in it.

When the spirit is poured out on the church in Acts 2, the prophetic spirit of the church is received first, as Joel 2 says, by sons and daughters, and there is no mention of fathers. Interesting right? That your sons and your daughters will prophesy and the heavenly Father will be the Father of your sons and your daughters. He will give the inspiration for his generation, he will give the word in the context in which they were called and he will give them the ability to transform their generation in their moment. And God will raise them up with a relationship where they are plugged in with the heavenly voice and God is going to make our sons and daughters move to fulfill his purposes.

We as sons and daughters also having that Father and son relationship, which leads to my second point because in Malachi 4 it says that the earth falls under a curse when there is no true restoration of father and sons to their parents. If there is not a healing between us and our children, Malachi says that the land or that region enters into a curse. That is to say, that the spirit of Elijah that reconciles parents and sons and fathers and daughters, and the children to their parents, is the manifestation of the glory of God in these days.

When the lack of honor for the adult, things that we were taught when we were very young, to have good manners and a more or less firm upbringing of respect for those who were older, right? How many remember that? and now everyone, and it's not that I'm a formal person, in fact I'm not, I almost never wear my tie to preach. Hallelujah! It is not that I want to return to a white-glove formalism, but the familiarity with our elders and the lack of honor from children to parents, God wants to transform that.

In the same way that we honor – remember that God's commandment is to honor father and mother, both naturally and spiritually. At the same time, we as our parents have to honor our children and give them room to be individuals and take our hands off control of their lives so that God can do with them what God has proposed to do with them.

It is amazing what the youth of today across the nations are doing to advance the Kingdom of God. In fact, there is a movement in the United States that is already emerging from a new movement like in the '60s, The Jesus People, it is Jesus people, these young people full of the power of God are evangelizing without any fear, boldly going to universities and high schools and the streets, and places where adults don't want to go and are really seeing the manifestation of the glory of God in those places.

And many of them are called Rodríguez, come on, say amen. It is not only the Smiths and the Watsons but the Gomez and the Rodriguez who are being used and equipped by the Lord to be able to be spears and arrows in his hands and penetrate the heart of the enemy wherever he is. God is doing wonderful things.

This restoration of father to son, that spirit of Elijah, God wants us to worship the Father and in the book of John, and in the writings of John, the three letters and the Gospel of John, John mentions the word Father more times than in all the other Gospels. Only from chapter 12 to 17 he mentions it more than 70 times. It is a figure that introduces Christ to the religious formula of the day, that in fact, he was crucified not so much for the works he did but because it was said that I am the Son of God.

That is to say, that my Father, and she herself says so, "Look, our father Jacob adored here," and Jesus said, "No, now we must adore another Father, a Father who is not of this world, a Father who is spirit," that he is trying to make our internal hard drive compatible with the heavenly essential that apart from the fact that we live on earth, we are ruled by heaven more than the entire realm of earth and heaven it is spiritual. That it is not that I am a carpenter and I am not a preacher and therefore I have less value in the kingdom, but rather our work in our place of worship. say amen That our homes and our vocation is a place of worship, that in everything we do we do it for the glory of God because he is worthy of receiving it.

And so we leave all separation of clergy and laity and so we position ourselves as celestial entities with celestial software compatible with the heavens, waging the government of God on earth. And it is worship that has, no offense brother, nothing to do with music. say amen That true worship is not musical. Don't look at me like that scared.

When you leave here, every breath you take is a moment of adoration, the one that is worthy of receiving it all, in the midst of everything that is happening in your life. There is a reality in your private life that manifests itself in your public life, that who you are, you are truly the one in that secret place and not the one who looks like a parrot, we say, in public places which is not in secret.

And Jesus says, the Father is looking for these worshipers and he is looking for them, notice, he is looking not for worship but for worshippers, that is, John is saying, God is looking for people. Say people. Not something they do but someone they are, not something you do but someone you are. There is a congruence in who you are at all times and that you don't sing songs for God to come but you sing because God is already there.

And that you realize that you are a song that God wants to sing. That God is motivating you, taking you to the place where he wants to show you the heavenly powers and say, look, my son, look, my daughter, he finds us wrong in it. Because? Because they are great and super holy? No, because I dwell in them. And when I see them, I see them perfect because I see them inside my perfect Son, where they are no longer but I live through them. I seek worshipers in spirit and in truth, Jesus said. I'm not just looking for worship, I'm looking for worshipers, I'm looking for people, not only in spirit but in truth.

You know that John is also characterized by saying and talking about what is true, more than in all the other Gospels. In fact, in the Gospel of John the term truth is used 20 times and in the rest of the Gospels only 7. And in his letters from 1 to 3, he mentions that word 17 times. In fact, it opens the book of John when it says, Jesus came, not like Moses who brought the law, but came to teach us grace and truth. And John takes it further when he says that to love God is to obey God. That is, it is really walking.

Because truth is not something we do or believe, truth is a person, Jesus Christ. And when we want to worship – notice that right now, in these scriptures you see the Trinity in one accord with us. The spirit, Jesus the truth, adoring the Father, that Trinitarian reality, that adoration that is not only profound but integral that God wants us not to be so fragmented, my brothers, that we separate things like this is spiritual, this is not spiritual.

I tell you, spending time with your children is spiritual. Managing your budget well is spiritual. Being the best worker in your company is spiritual. say amen What you do, how you do it, is a reflection of your adoration, it is a reflection of the Father, it is something that he is like a mirror making others see that reality. And that is why he says that what I am looking for is true, in the inner being David said, I want to have truth in my intimate being, that it is not simply a hyper spirituality, a Hallelujah and glory to God, in the temple, and out there you start living not so sanctified, let's put it in euphemistic terms. That your sanctification is only religious and that the verb has not truly become flesh in you.

And in us, brothers, the challenge is not to condemn ourselves for what we are not, the challenge is to exalt the one who is perfect in us. And live according to the experience and the power of the spirit that cries out within us, Aba, Father, that he takes us and takes us out of the earthly limitation and introduces and immerses us in the heavenly reality where there are no limits, brothers. And as true worshipers when you raise your hands to him, – go ahead, raise your hands to the Lord where you are – when you worship the Lord in this sign of surrender to him, you plug into the open heaven that is over your life and receive from him all pertaining to the life of piety. Thank God.

We adore you, we adore you, Lord. We adore you, we adore you. You are worthy God, you are worthy of receiving the glory, the honor. You are worthy of receiving everything, the whole universe. To love God is to obey God. To love God is to worship God.

And lastly, God intentionally, dear ones, intentionally seeks out these worshippers. Because it seems many times that God has favorites. How many know that there is no acceptance of God, that we are all his favorites? But why does it seem that God favors some more than others? Could it be because of his level of adoration? Could it be because of his level of surrender? Is it perhaps because there is truth, not just spirit? That the atmosphere of heaven is filling not only that heart and that glass, but that the environment around that person is like radioactivity, that anyone who approaches is contaminated with the fragrance of Christ, is contaminated with heavenly well-being, is contaminated with a joy that is so prophetic because we rejoice in the midst of our ailments declaring to the heavenly world that although our body, our spirit lives forever, where our life is no longer subject to earthly limitations and we enter the abode of God.

I do yearn, as my brother said this morning, I have been through moments in my life, I have little experience, I am 30-something years old, I saved myself like a crazy university student, I did not know how to handle my emptiness and I filled it with all kinds of addictions, and when God finds me, he fills me with the wine of the kingdom. And look, look, everything changed. The way I looked at things, the way I talked and dealt with people, oh, my wife is here, I am far from perfect, but my son, my wife, and I serve God. My son is a mechanical engineering student at the University of Connecticut and is also the youth pastor at the church where we are there. In fact, a group is coming now from Carry the Love, to the universities around here.

Do you remember when God intervened in their lives? Do you remember when the process of turning you into true worshippers began in you? The heavenly prototype. Jesus who never broke his connection with the Father even though he went through a cross, even though those he created hated him. If there is a complaint in you today, if there is unbelief, if there is some type of sin, if you do not know Christ, if you are discouraged, I want to invite you today, not to respond to a religious invitation, but to respond to the Father's invitation by calling you I want to make you true I want you to worship in a totally different way, I want every fiber of your being to vibrate with the eternal life that I freely offer.

Come on stand up. If that's you, I want to be the true worshiper, I want the truths that offend so many, because this world does not believe in absolute truth, they are hypersensitive when one tells them certain things, because the Bible says certain things, because God says , be perfect because I am perfect. Be vessels of love because I am love. Be clean and pure because I am clean and pure.

As Romans 12 says that we present our lives as living sacrifices, full of fire, as our worship, as our rational worship, that worship is not something we do – remember this – but someone we are. say amen

commit. What is the prophetic word in 2016? They ask me all the time. Let me tell you, God is looking for true worshippers. They want congruence in our lives, they want us to be who we say we are by the grace and love of God.

Lord I ask you now for this congregation, tremendous testimony in the midst of this city. We ask you in the name of Jesus that you descend upon this place, that your kingdom come and your will be done here on this day, Lord. May you convert our hearts, make us whole people, break all fragmentation, unify us in you and truly be one spirit with you, God. That when they see us, they see the Father.

Say, Lord, I want to be like you are. Tell him. There where you are, brother, if there is sin in you, repent. If there is pride in you, humble yourself. If there is hopelessness in you, take heart, God is with us. That on this day you declare, the Lord is my Lord and I will lack nothing. He is my shepherd, we love our pastor Mirando very much, but the Lord is our shepherd. And with man we will always lack but with him we will never be abandoned or rejected as sons and daughters we are received in heaven.

We declare on this day in the name of Jesus the breaking of all relational curses between parents and children. Repent and ask for forgiveness for having a grudge against your parents. Tomorrow I'm going to see my dad in Venezuela, 80 years old and already weak, all he does now is read and pray. It took me many years to be able to reconcile with him but now that he is preparing to go see the true Father of all, I tell you, brothers, time is short. In our family, in our reality here, I am not speaking apocalyptically, so forgive, love, serve, relate, shine your light, reconcile with your brothers and sisters, live in freedom as you have been free, as you have been made free and walk in the fullness of what God has prepared for you.

Stop expecting others to take responsibility for what God has given you. Take the initiative to be that worshiper, fill yourself with the spirit of God in your secret place and in your public place you will see the harvest that God has prepared for you.
