Summary: The speaker starts by saying that everyone was created with a purpose and that it's important to walk on the Father's agenda, not on our own. They read from Matthew 6:24-34 and emphasize that God knows our needs and will provide for us if we seek His Kingdom first. The speaker notes that many people focus on material things and work hard for money instead of seeking God's purpose for their lives. They encourage listeners to have passion for God and prioritize seeking Him. The speaker warns against worrying and being anxious, and emphasizes that when we walk on God's agenda, we can find rest and peace.

Walking on God's agenda brings rest, blessings, and peace. We need to seek God's will for our lives and ask Him for direction. We must let go of our own desires and focus on pleasing God above all else. Gratitude and thanksgiving are essential parts of the kingdom of God. We need to stop doing things outside of God's purpose and seek His direction in all things. When we lose focus on God's purpose, we lose.

The speaker urges listeners not to lose focus on God's purpose for their lives, as David did not lose focus when his brother tried to distract him. The speaker encourages listeners to let go of their own desires and follow God's agenda, as this will lead to blessings and the fulfillment of their desires. The speaker leads a prayer for listeners to surrender their own agendas and seek God's will for their lives. They declare that the Holy Spirit will guide and ignite a passion for God in their lives.

Everyone knows that we were created for a purpose, right? We were created with a purpose and we will fulfill that purpose in the name of Jesus. Are we walking in that purpose? Are we walking in the purpose for which we were created? Or am I walking on my personal purpose?

Tonight we are going to be talking a little about what it is to walk in the Lord's purpose. And I think this is a wonderful time for us. Walking in what is the ancient path, in what is God's agenda. How many are walking on God's agenda? everyone, right? Hallelujah! I congratulate you. We already started well.

Well, you know what? Tonight we are going to talk about walking, that it is time for us to walk on the Father's agenda, because for a long time sometimes we are walking and we are walking on our own agenda. Let's see if tonight in which agenda you are walking, if in the Father's, or in your own. And for this we're going to go to our Bibles and we're going to the Book of Matthew Chapter 6, and we're going to start at verse 24. We're going to read this entire little portion because we said it was to refresh our memory, right? That's why I want to read it all. Let's read it in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit of God. Amen.

“…No one can serve two masters because either he will hate one and love the other, or he will esteem one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the sky that neither sow nor reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?

And which of you, by much effort, can add one cubit to his stature? And why do you worry about the dress? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow, they do not work or spin, but I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was dressed like one of them. And if the grass of the field, which is today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, God clothes it like this, will he not do much more to you men of little faith? So do not worry about saying what we will eat or what we will drink or what we will wear because the Gentiles seek all these things, but your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the Kingdom of God and his justice and all these things will be added to you. So do not worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will bring its own trouble, enough for each day its own evil..."

What a tremendous word this is. Blessed the Lord. You know that children have an agenda. Does your child tell you where you are going? Or the 3-year-old, 5-year-old child tells you every day, where do you have to take him? right not? children have no agenda. The word says that we have to be how? Like kids.

If we, says the Bible, have to be like children, then we have a dad, right? And that dad, are we telling him what we have to do or do we have to wait for the dad to tell us what we have to do?

Do we have to have our agenda as a child in this case of God, as children of God? Or do we have to let him as a Father say what I have to do? You are the one who has to make your son's agenda, right? tomorrow you go to school, after school, you are going to come back and we are going to go to this or that place. And you are going to guide your son because he does not know how to do things in the best way. Perhaps he has many things and desires in his heart and mind, and he wants to do things, but he does not have the ability to do them because he is still very young.

In our case, we do not have the ability to guide ourselves. Do you have the ability to guide yourself? But we don't understand this and we are always doing things the way I want, the way it seems to me, the way I understand it to be better. And that's why everything goes wrong.

And we are busy, and we are working and I work here, I work there, and I strive to work and have up to 3 jobs a day, to be able to have a little money. Well, so that the little money gives me. And I strive in my studies, and I do a degree, and I'm going to graduate from another, and from another, but all those efforts are to have more what? More money.

All the efforts, if you start to analyze, why you work, why you study, why you do this, you do everything to have a better remuneration. And we focus on what God has not really called us to focus on. We have been focusing on the economic, on the material and we have been living a life according to our purposes, not according to the purpose for which we have been created.

We have been created with a great and powerful purpose in the Lord. But many times we do not know it because we are working so hard and we are so wrapped up in the daily things of life, and in the worries of what to wear, what not to wear, what am I going to eat, what am I not going to eat, and we get so involved in this that we have forgotten that God has called us and that we have to respond to the call that God has given us.

We are living according to our agenda, to what I believe, to what seems to me. And sometimes we don't even have time to pray. And we spend the day working, working, we leave the house, we don't have time to pray. We go to work, we come from work, we have a second job, sometimes we come to church and you know what? That sometimes we are even busy with church things, but we are not on God's agenda.

Do you know that even within the church we do many things that God doesn't even care that we do? Because there is a call that God has given you that you have to identify and the way to identify it is by first looking for what? The Kingdom of God and his justice and says that all other things will be added. But what do we normally do? We look for the additions and if we have time we look for the Kingdom of God.

We strive for all the extras and if I have time I go to church. I am working on everything and looking for the additions and if I have time I could work in the ministry, but I don't think I have time. And we get involved in the worries of this world and this country, don't even say it. Because here there is a desire. Look, in my country there is a lot of effort, but this country, if you get along, listen to me, you don't sleep, you just work. Why is this a country like only for work?

So, the enemy is involving us in such a way that we are living an agenda that is not God's agenda because God's agenda says that you have to look for him first and then he will give everything you need. And that does not mean that you are going to cross your arms. No. That means that when you seek the Kingdom of God, when you seek his presence, when you take charge of giving your whole life to the Lord and saying, Lord, I want you to do with me what pleases you. Tell me what do I have to do?

And before we make some decisions we can go before the Father so that he can tell us what is the agenda that he has for me. But we are anxious, disturbed, worries go, worries come, because we have not taken this word in a serious and forceful way.

It says that if life is not `more than the body? If God gave us life, is he not going to give us to maintain that life? If he gave us his body, will he leave us naked? No. He's going to provide us with the dress, but we have to look for him first. We have to surrender our lives to him.

A sister told me that we were sharing this word, she told me, pastor, but look, people work a lot and then they come very tired and that's why they don't want to go to church. I tell him, indeed. But look, when you have a passion for God, there is no tiredness that makes you stay at home. There is no fatigue that prevents you from praising God, there is no fatigue that prevents you from recognizing his lordship, his greatness. There is no fatigue that prevents you from understanding that Jehovah is God.

Blessing the name of the Lord. But you know what? It takes passion. Delivery is needed. We need to understand that the Kingdom of God is the first thing we have to seek. If you got off work, wow, go to church, God is going to give you rest there. Blessed is the name of the Lord.

And I told him, listen to me, there in our church on Tuesdays we have services, we have two services. And there are people who come from the other side of where we are, they have to cross the bridge, and they last an hour and even an hour and a half in a…, here I don't know what they call it, stopper, right? There we call it stopper, and here we call it traffic. An hour and a half of traffic and those people arrive at the church and we have two services and they arrive tired and go straight and go to the first service at 6:30.

And they leave there joyful in the Lord because the presence of God takes away the tiredness, takes away the disease, takes away all the turmoil, everything that worries you. Hey, the presence of the Lord is going to take him away. Blessed is the name of Jesus but you are giving God the priority in your life.

Because it's not that you don't work, but that you understand that God comes first. That I have to seek God first. Lord, what do you want? Jesus went preaching, and he did and then he went all over the earth, and he began to preach, and you know what? Jesus went and withdrew to pray to the Father. It's like who says, Father, and now what?

And it is what God wants tonight for us to understand. We have to seek to see what the will of God is. Lord, why did you create me? Did you create me for me to come to work on this earth and just to work? You created me for me to come and do and get 5 college degrees? Is that why you created me? What were we created for?

We were created for a purpose and it is to serve God, it is to surrender our lives to the Lord, and after that, then, God will fulfill each of your projects and purposes, God will fulfill them.

Do you know why we haven't seen the glory of God in our lives? Because we have reversed the word. We have been walking according to our schedule. We have been doing what I like, what pleases me. I feel good doing this. And we have lived a quiet life and I come to church, and I praise the Lord, and I glorify God and everything is fine, but everything goes wrong for me.

Because? Because God did not create you to worry so much, because of those worries he says that he knows that you have it, that you have that need and that he will supply it for you. God will supply your needs. It doesn't matter how big they are. He is faithful and he created you and just as he created you, so he loves you. And take care of you. But you have to understand that you have to walk according to your Father's agenda, you cannot walk according to your agenda.

I lasted a long time walking on my own agenda. And everything went wrong. Why is it that everything goes wrong? When you reverse the word, everything will go wrong. And although something seems to have gone well, you will conclude by saying, it did not.

On this night, what do I want to refresh in your mind? That we have to walk according to the agenda that God has planned for us. The word in Philippians 4:6 says:

“…Be anxious for nothing…”

If you start talking to any Christian, you realize that this is not eagerness, that must be called one more chin. People live with restlessness and tiredness and exhaustion but it is not for less. Know that when you walk on God's agenda you rest. Do you know that when you let the Holy Spirit guide you, there comes a time when you realize that it's not you?

Sometimes the brothers call me pastor, but do you work? And how is it that you manage to do so many things? And then there I realize that it is not me who is achieving it, that it is the Holy Spirit. Because with my strength I was not going to be able to do everything I could do that day. When we let God direct our agenda, listen to me, time will surrender to us. And all things will turn out so perfectly that you will be amazed. And you are going to say, but why didn't I do it before?

But we have to understand that the word says that no matter how hard you try, you are not going to add an elbow to your height. How many years have you been working and where are you? Have you been able to achieve what you wanted? Haven't you been able to do it?

But tonight I give you a challenge. Start walking on God's agenda and I assure you that everything you have wanted you will see before you imagine it, it will come to you. It will surprise you. God's blessings will surprise you. Blessed the name of Jesus. God's blessings will surprise you.

Because you are going to be walking in obedience, and the word says that when you obey, what do the blessings do? Blessings reach you.

We have to tell the Lord, Lord, I am tired of working and living according to my schedule, I want to know what your will is in my life. I want to know why you called me, why did you create me, for what purpose did you create me, what did you want me to do? I am willing to do it.

But there are things that you will have to leave. There are things you're going to have to let go of. Many things that you have in your hand, that you are doing because you want to, not because God has told you, you are going to have to let go, and it is going to hurt. Because walking on God's agenda costs. Because that means, you know what? Deny myself. Not doing what I want to do but what God wants me to do. And that does hurt.

Because I want three jobs, and God is telling me that it is only one. But you know what? That with that single job God is going to bless you in such a way that you are going to receive more than what you receive with the three jobs you are doing. God is going to bless you. God is going to bless your life in a special way because you are going to fit into his agenda and God is going to add everything that you lack.

You won't even have to go out looking for it. It says that everything you want will come. Why are things not coming? Because we are walking according to our agenda. I went through a lot of work when I was walking on my schedule. Because God told me, it's this way, and I said, but it's because this is where I like it. And the Lord, but it's because it's here that I love you. Sir, but this looks better. Because I saw it with my eyes.

And then, there came a time when anxiety came because, you know what? That cares produce anxiety, cares produce depression, cares produce torment. You live tormented, you have no peace. When you are busy there is no peace in your heart. But if you go to Philippians 4, from 6 to 7, it says:

"... Do not be anxious for anything and your requests are not known before God with thanksgiving, giving grace to the Lord, and he says, that the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts in Christ Jesus..."

Why don't we feel peace? Why are we always worried? Because we have not learned to rest in the Lord. When you walk in God's agenda you rest in him and you know that everything that is going to happen is going to happen well.

I remember sometimes in moments where I was very anxious, very worried and with a thousand things. I wanted to do them all on the same day. And I thought, Lord, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do, and I'm going to do and I'm going to do. And how many things am I going to do? And after all, if he did two, it was a lot, out of the 10 he had. When I began to walk in God's schedule, then I was able to experience that time surrenders to me, because God is putting everything in its due order and you are surprised and say, wow, how wonderful, time surrenders, things come to you, what you had in your heart, what you longed for someone appears and brings it to you and you say, wow, but God is tremendous.

Because insignificant things that you had there, that you didn't tell anyone, God comes and sends one of his emissaries here on earth, one of his little angels here on earth and he goes and takes it, and you say, wow, God.

Sometimes I want to eat any simple thing and someone shows up, pastor, look what I brought you. I said, wow, Father, you are tremendous, you are wonderful. And I have to praise him, and I have to rejoice because in things so simple that he didn't even have to answer them, I loved her but if he doesn't want to answer me, I didn't bother. But it is for us to see how aware he is of us.

It is so that we understand the special care that he has with us. And if we understood this, we would worry less or not worry, if we understood how concerned, so to speak, is God to bless us.

Do you know that God is more anxious to bless you than you are to receive a blessing? The only thing he is waiting for is that you start walking on his agenda, that you start looking for his kingdom, his will, his perfect will, what do you want me to do? When you get into the will of the Lord, listen to me, things are going to work out for you, things are going to come to you. You don't have to worry, no, things... says the word, they're going to come to you.

But we cannot serve, as the Bible says, two masters. Either we serve God or we serve wealth. Because all our eagerness is to have money, to live comfortably, to have a profession, to have a title and to say that I have titles. And I'm not against titles, God save me, and I'm not against money, God save me, all of that is good. But that should not be our priority.

Because eagerness means forced labor, drudgery, means anxiety. When you are anxious you live in sadness, you live with bitterness. And you, how are you? There, between two. Over there we say, between [inaudible].

And you like life, like it doesn't make any sense to you, you don't see life's flavor. But look, when you live on God's schedule, life makes sense, and the more you work for the Lord, the more you want to keep working, and you keep doing, and you enjoy yourself and life is a continued joy.

When you decide to serve the Lord, when you are passionate about God, when your desire is to please him above all things, when your concern is to adore him, to serve him, I don't care if I'm tired, I'm going to church. I don't care what I have, but I have to fast, because you know what? There are times when we don't even like to fast. That's eat, eat, and keep eating. And we don't stop eating. Blessed the Lord.

We don't like to fast. Why is the food so good and then the day you say you are going to fast, someone who never gives you anything tells you that they are going to take you to breakfast. That's how it is, I don't know if it has happened to you. It has happened to me. And they give you that day what you like best. I don't know but it's something like an errand, as they say. Everything that you like is presented to you that day. And someone who had never offered him anything, that day appears and offers him.

And we say, well, imagine, this has never given me anything, I have to take advantage of this. And right there he breaks the fast. But it is not possible, it cannot be, nor should it be. We have to learn to please God above all else.

I like to eat but I am going to fast because I want to be closer to God, I want God to speak to my life. I want God to do something in my heart. And start asking the Lord that we want to be closer to him.

Bless the name of Jesus and pray, pray, oh, but we pray and we go 5 minutes and we kneel and you know what? That in those 5 minutes, do you know what we do? Lord, Father, I want the jeepeta, Father, I want a house. Look, I need an apartment, my God. Sir, look, a new job. I need another job because this job is not enough. Lord, look…in Jesus name amen.

Do you think that is possible? We are cruel to God. You know, we are cruel. We did not introduce ourselves to say thank you for what you have given me, Lord, thank you, you are good. Thank you for your kindness and we do not take a little time for thanksgiving. That is immediately, we kneel, that is asking, asking and asking.

I remember the anecdote of something, of some angels that were two angels, one brought requests to God and the other was responsible for bringing thanksgiving to God. and the one who carried the requests spent all day going up and down, up and down, up and down, and the one with thanksgiving, sitting in a corner waiting. And the other one was already exhausted, he was already tired, and he says, but what do you do? I'm going up and down and you sitting there? I am waiting for someone to come to give me a thanksgiving to take it to the Father, but no one has come.

Because we are not used to thanking the Lord for what he has given us. We spend our lives asking God and we don't dedicate time to be grateful to our God. and when you are grateful to God it is because you really love him and you long for him to continue with you and continue to bless you.

And it is something that we have to learn. It is part of the kingdom, learning to give thanks, because when you give thanks you are just. And the Kingdom of God is justice, even thanking the people who help you, who extend their hand, that is justice. That is why we have to seek the Kingdom of God and his justice. Everything that is just we have to practice it. But we have to focus on God, what is it that God wants me to do, what is it that God wants for me. Lord, why did you create me? God created us with a certain purpose and we are doing many things outside of what is God's purpose. and we are busy doing and doing even within the church, we are in 10 ministries and perhaps God is not even interested in 9 of those, only one is interested.

We want to do things, it's time for us to stop and turn to God. Let's go back to tell the Lord, Lord, what do you want me to do? Lord, why did you create me? What do I have to do for you? because we work too hard on all things and we are not going to really ask the Lord what he wants.

And we are doing what we want, not what he wants. Tonight, I call you to reflect and really look for God's direction, what does God want you to do? Lord, what is your agenda for my life? I want you to show me your agenda, I don't want to walk on my agenda because I hurt everything. Sometimes God brings beautiful things, and we come and start doing things and we damage what God has already done. Why don't we ask him, why don't we ask him for direction to do something.

Everything that you are going to do you have to go to the presence of the Lord. And tell him, Lord, is this what you want for me? Sir, do you agree that I do this business? Are you okay with me coming back and having a race? Are you okay with me marrying that man? Or with that woman, do you agree with that?

That in everything we are going to do we seek God's direction, we seek what God's will is. Not what is my will or what I want to do. What is it that God wants me to do? Because that is what is going to bless you, that is what is going to bless your life. Blessed is the name of the Lord.

This is a time where the enemy is trying to mislead us. You know, and if you lose focus you lose. And it was something that God made me understand. When we lose focus from God's purpose, we lose and we have David's story. David when he is going to bring food to his brothers, one of his brothers gets up and says I know why you have come. I imagine telling him how many things.

You came to make fun of us, you came... I can imagine how many things this brother told David. And David answers him, and now what did I do? That 'and now what did I do?' It seems that they were used to telling David and slandering him and David at this moment says, and now what did I do? Because what I came for was to bring you food. That's bad? Yes, I know why you have come. You came to see… and David knows what he did? He went on his way. He didn't hold a grudge against him because if he holds a grudge against him, then David says, hey, I'm here to bring you food and look what I get out of it. I'm going to go and I'm not going to leave and I'm going.

But David did not hold a grudge against him. David did not take that into account because he was focused on God's purpose. He said, hey, the brother talking and he goes on and on, kind of ignoring him. And he asks him, hey, what are you going to give to the one who rips off that giant's head, what are you going to give him? David was focused on God's purpose. David was, hear me that nothing and no one could divert him from the purpose for which God had called him at that moment.

And then he goes ahead and confronts that giant and rips his head off. Therefore, do not let the efforts blur you from God's purpose. Don't let the worries take you out of God's agenda. Keep your eyes on what is the call that God has given you so that you can tear down the giants that are preventing you from growing. Those giants that are preventing you from seeing God's will. Those giants that are preventing you from snatching away the blessings that God has already determined for you.

You cannot let the cares of this world blur, because God brings great things for you. God is going to give you great rewards when you rip off the heads of those giants who are trying to prevent your flight. To those giants who are trying to prevent you from growing in God, from developing yourself. What are those giants? Work, university, what is the giant that you have to rip off its head so that then God's blessings can come into your life?

It is time for us to understand what things are, the desires that are distracting us from seeking the Kingdom of God. Because until we focus on that kingdom, we don't focus on that presence, we don't focus on that will of God, things can't turn out the way we want.

You know, since I determined to be on God's agenda and sometimes you want to get out, because sometimes you want to get out, sometimes there are things that say, hey, but anyone... but you have to be careful because then what you have you go to lose. It is better to stay and say, Lord, there are times when I tell you, Holy Spirit, don't let me go, don't let me do what I want to do, don't let me, and I anxiously ask the Holy Spirit, don't let me do what that I want. Because everything hurt.

I don't know if it has happened to you, but God is doing very well and one comes and damages it since one wants to be on one's agenda, one damages it. And I ask the Holy Spirit, don't let me, don't let me. And when I see that I have many situations that want to overwhelm me, I immediately see a little red light bulb that tells me, danger. And I take Philippians 4:6 and I loose everything and I go in prayer. Lord, tell me what am I going to do? Because there are so many that I don't know which one I'm going to start with. Tell me what should I do?

And then I begin to ask the Holy Spirit to tell me what am I going to do? And he is putting everything in order and as I pour out my heart in front of his presence, I am feeling something so beautiful, I am feeling that peace that the word says there, which surpasses all understanding. And when I stop there, I already know everything I have to do.

But I already feel peace, I am calm, I am no longer anxious, I simply go and do what I have to do in God's time, not in my time. There are people that you see with a desire for life and I lived with a desire for life, and I did not achieve anything. Now I walk in God's time and there are people who despair with me. He gets desperate because they want me to do things that I can't, because I learned that no matter how hard I try, I'm not going to add an elbow to my height. So, pastor, look, you know look, what to do... Yes, we have to do it, let's pray. Let's pray because I can't do anything. He already did what he had to do humanly, now nothing, pray and that God does what he has to do because I can't.

And there are many who used to despair today but today they tell me, oh, pastor, I want to be like you, with that patience. But when you try to walk in God's agenda you will feel peace, you will walk with peace and life will not mistreat you because the efforts mistreat us. Amen.

So tonight I wanted to bring this reflection because at this time we have to determine to walk as God wants us to walk. He is our Father, we are his children and we have to walk in his will, in what he has determined for me.

I want us to stand up tonight. Hallelujah! Blessed the Lord. I want that tonight if there is someone who knows that they have been following their own agenda, and that today says to the Lord, Lord, I ask your forgiveness for having walked according to my desires, according to my pleasures, according to my will, I want you to forgive me today and that you teach me to walk in your agenda, within your will, to seek you first, to seek your kingdom, to seek your perfect will for my life, Lord.

I want if there is someone who understands that they have been like this in this time, to come forward here and tell the Lord, Lord, I am willing to walk on your schedule, I am willing to walk on your schedule. I am willing to seek your kingdom, to seek your perfect will. God is looking for people who are passionate about him. God is looking for people who really long to touch the heart of God, people who long for his permanent presence in their lives, people who are willing to leave everything to please the Lord, to obey the Lord.

Blessed the name of Jesus. Tell the Lord what you long for in your heart because I know that there are great longings in your heart, but the desires have not allowed you to develop those longings that you have for God. tell the Lord tonight, speak to the Lord because he is here, tonight God is in this place. Open your heart. Pour out your heart before his presence and tell him, I need you, I want more of you, I want more of your presence. I long to walk in your will, Lord.

I ask you, Lord, to remove all eagerness, all anxiety, all worry, all torment. Open your mouth and tell the Lord to remove all anxiety from your life, all worry that is on your mind, everything that makes you worry, everything that makes you depressed, all depression tonight I cancel it in the name of Jesus.

I declare that all insomnia is now cancelled, everything that did not allow you to sleep, today the Lord takes it away tonight and you will sleep pleasantly. You are going to sleep in peace because the worries are gone tonight. All eagerness, all anxiety go away now in the name of Jesus. Just open your lips and tell the Holy Spirit to take out of you everything that is not his.

Tell the Holy Spirit that you want to do his will. Tell him that you no longer want to walk according to your desires, that you no longer want to fulfill your purposes but his purposes. When you fulfill his purposes he will fulfill yours. He takes care of you. God takes care of your life, what you have longed for, you will receive everything.

Delight yourself also in Jehovah and he will grant the desires of your heart. Delight yourself in his presence. Delight yourself in him and you will see all the blessings as they will come into your life. They will surprise you. Blessings that you have been waiting for will surprise you, when you decide to rest in the Lord, when you decide to put your agenda in the hands of the Lord.
