God Tells You Something, Do It!

Reverend Steve Horning is from the United States, but has been working in Argentina for many years and also in Andorra, Spain. How many know where Andorra is? It is not exactly a Spanish country of passage, it is Spanish but it is not an integral part of Spain but rather it is a completely separate country. Many of you may not have heard of this country, it is a small nation. Steve is going to give you more information about that, how God has used his life and the evangelistic call that God has placed on his heart and the passion to reach the nations. So, a round of applause for the Reverend Steve Horning. Welcome Steve. Blessings.

Thank you very much, the Lord bless you all. I am very happy to be here among all of you. I live in Manchester, New Hampshire and there are 2 months left until I move to Spain, to Andorra. Andorra is a small country between France and Spain in the Pyrenees, the lowest level of any city of the 13 cities in Andorra is 5,000 feet, almost like Mount Washington, and the highest is 10,000 feet. And it is a small country that speaks Catalan, Spanish and French, the 3 languages. There are 3 schools: the Catalan, the French and the Spanish and everything is governed by the 3 countries and is 700 years old. So it's much older than the US, right? And in those 700 years the country that was established by Charlemagne is a place where until 1989 no born again Christian was known.

And when God sent us, the first Christians who gave us to lead Christ, we had no money and we lived in a tent, in a tent. And there was a girl who was crying by the river and I said, 'What's your name?' He told me, Juana, and I told him, why are you sad? He told me, because everything in life is going wrong for me, nothing works, that this than that. I said then, that is not a life that my God gave me. my God would not give you that life, God wants something different for you. God wants to change everything. God wants to come into your life. He says, 'Well, I'm a hotel manager. Come at 4 in the afternoon and I will call all my staff and you will tell me about your God.

So we led the first people to Christ in that hotel and started the church, and the problem was that they were all fornicators and they lived together with their boyfriends or girlfriends and after that, preaching to them for a few 6 months, I said, well, I can't take this anymore, I'm going to give you a good preaching on fornication. And the whole church left me and no one else came. The preaching was good but no one repented, so I had to start over.

But later I'm going to tell this. First I want to say that it is a pleasure that your pastor, such a kind and knowledgeable person, so special and his wife, that they had me in their church, I find it an honor and for me to also be with you is a blessing. Thanks for having me.

I have a wife. It has been the same for 29 years. She is from South Africa. I met her in Montreal evangelizing, and she was taking the Gospel to the blacks in South Africa on horseback and she came to work with YWAM and I worked with YWAM. Do you know what YWAM is? Youth with a mission, and I was in Buenos Aires, in Argentina and I was serving the Lord and God told me to take a team of youth through Latin America to get to Montreal for the '76 Olympics. So with a hundred dollars in my pocket I gathered 7 young people and we traveled to Mexico City. And in Mexico we went to ask for visas to cross the US and get to Montreal and they told us, 'you can't cross, you have to get your visa in your country of origin.' Ah, so we did the whole trip for nothing. We left with 100 dollars but every place we went, in Bolivia, in Peru, in Colombia, we came to preach in churches, they gave us offerings and we did a little more, to Costa Rica, to El Salvador, then to Nicaragua, before, Guatemala and Mexico and return home.

We began to pray, Lord, what do we do? He told us, well, you can fly. Amen. So I went to California, I asked the churches for offerings and in a week we had the money for the 7 of us and we all flew to Montreal and there I met my wife. I told him, Lord, I didn't like girls anymore, you know? Because I wanted to get married but with all the Christian girls, they looked at me, they said, what are you doing? I am a missionary. And how do you do to live? And when they saw that I had no money, all the girls abandoned me. It's this, I said what a bunch of fake girls. They love you for the money you have or for the money you don't have.

So, when I met Annete, I had said Lord, I don't want any girl for my life, I just want to serve you. But when I saw her, I said, Lord, but if I ever get married, I want one like that. And I didn't know anything, but she was saying, Lord, I want a boy like that. So I wrote letters for a year and a half to South Africa. We didn't have Internet there, I had to write him letters 10 pages long. And when I asked her to come from South Africa to marry me in California, she came, since I couldn't be alone having her with the money I had, I told her if she didn't want to marry me, and she said why did you take so long to ask me for it? hand? He was kind of shy, wasn't he? And we got married and since that moment in 1977 we have not stopped serving the Lord in Argentina and Brazil and the US, Canada and Andorra, Spain.

So it's been wonderful Wendy was sharing that she's going to Mexico. Sometimes you do not know how rigorous the word is, how rigorous it is to serve the Lord as a missionary in a strange, foreign country. Sometimes she is raising a financial support, then someone sends you 50 dollars and you say, Glory to God, I have to live and I have to eat for a week. And you are putting 7 dollars for each week to eat. That's life when you're abroad, because you can't work there, they don't give you a work visa. So pray for Wendy, pray for me.

I only have tougher skin than her because I'm a little older. But what you do when you send financial support to a missionary, do you think you are evangelizing from your seat? If they are doing it. Think that you are changing a country and you are doing it, but where everything happens the most is when that missionary is sitting at home and says, How am I going to eat today? And pray. I have a remedy, right? When I'm hungry I take my photos to satisfy myself, because this doesn't exist in the US. Has anyone ever been to Argentina? Who has gone to Argentina? Do you know what an Argentine loin steak is? I take it out of my wallet, I don't feel hungry anymore. So I take it with me. It is the greatest cultural experience in the world, an Argentine steak.

Well, other than that, we all laugh a little, we're serving the Lord. I have a wife who loves the Lord, who is a missionary called. She has, I'm not going to tell you how old she is, of course... you never have to tell her. I lost a person from the church when I asked him how old he was, he never came anymore. And I have a 28-year-old married daughter in Argentina who serves the Lord. I have a Washington in state who is studying who is 27 and I have a 14 year old at home with us. And recently God calls us to leave the US again and go to Andorra to finish the call that God gave me.

God's calling is different than simply following the Lord. If you have a call it is different. The requirement is sometimes more difficult to fill, because as we are going to see today, God may also place the call on your life today. It's beautiful, it's wonderful.

I had a quarter million dollar a year job in Los Angeles, California, at age 24. I was an interpreter for California lawyers in a company. And when God calls me I had studied Spanish, I knew something about Argentina, about the gauchos, about these things, and one night I went to a meeting and a contract for a quarter of a million dollars had arrived that day to open the agency in my city and I went to a meeting where a pastor was preaching about the need for young people to go to Argentina to preach the Gospel. And when I accepted the call, that pastor told me, There are young people here who are going to offer their lives that God has been preparing to go to Argentina and they must move on. I said, what a charlatan is this, right? It's like working emotions.

If you go to college, what do they teach you? To be a skeptic, to not believe in anything and I did not believe in anything or anyone. But I was just a Christian from 3 weeks ago. And I went to listen to him, and he says, 'come here young man' and pray for me and he puts his hand up and says, 'God has prepared you to go to Argentina, blah blah blah blah'. And I went to sit down, I said, 'how interesting'. And he didn't know about my contract for a quarter of a million dollars. And I was looking for the Lord for 3 weeks, what do I do, Lord? It is your will, serve you, work. How is your will? And he calls me back and says, 'young man, God has given me something else for you.

He was from New Zealand, he didn't know me at all. And then he says, God shows me that you just received a contract in the mail and you don't have to sign it, but you have to go with me to Argentina. I said, 'well, there is a God and he knows me and speaks to me with the red telephone, and I am going to leave everything to serve him.'

And after two months I broke the contract, I left my career as a secondary teacher, I left everything to serve the Lord 33 years ago, and I returned to the United States after 32 years to live for the first time, a New Hampshire came back this year. And now God calls me back to keep going, so I've got my strength back and I'm going to keep going. God is wonderful.

I also want to tell you something about what happened in Argentina, that all this has to do with the message. In 1974, before Pastor Anacondia met, God raised up Omar Cabrera and God called me to work alongside him. I lived in his house and he was my mentor. And in that house we began to have a move of God in Argentina that was the beginning of the Argentine revival. It was a time when we lived under the guerrillas and the military and many times they have put a machine gun in my face, behind my back, ordering me to get out of the truck, take everything out, to search me and there are times when I thought they were going to kill me, because I had to flee the country because they had associated me with the Montoneros guerrilla group for a strange reason and they thought I was a leader of theirs, and the ambassador told me, 'Leave Argentina because they are looking for you to kill you.' So I said, 'when should I leave?' He told me 'If I were you, I would leave tomorrow'. So I packed my bags and left.

And they were times of great commotion in Argentina and under that type of difficulty the revival was born, under a great national problem. And God began to move in such a way that we would go to a city that had 10,000 inhabitants and 10,000 people would come. In a city we went to, people served us food, put poison in the food and we had fevers that we couldn't spread because the devil wanted to stop us. And they were difficult times, difficult times, but the Gospel kept going.

We would go to towns where 10,000 people came in a town of 10,000 people, and people wanted us to stay because there was no more gasoline, there was no more food in the stores. People came and cleaned everything and came to listen to the Gospel under great pressure that there was no money, that the military was there, that there were many problems. And there the revival was born in Argentina.

I remember we were going to the city of Villa María, 20,000 inhabitants, and 20,000 came. We start the church next month of 10 thousand people. We were starting out, establishing churches so quickly that we grew to 20,000 people in a year during the Malvinas war, when Argentina was attacking the Malvinas, which are called the Falkland Islands here, and there came a time when people gave themselves to the Lord , but for the miracles that God did.

They were tremendous things. People were coming to the platform, a boy came and he had no ear. We were praying and listening and we heard a noise, and we looked and the formed ear had jumped out of the head, in front of 20 thousand people. They had... God worked with varicose veins, women who were very heavy and had many children, had varicose veins already sore, oozing, with blood and bandaged and we asked them to remove the bandages in front of the people and you would see the blood and look, another looked at it was whiter. You would see how within a minute, or 3 minutes, one to 3 minutes, and their skin was white, like a baby's, that God was healing the varicose veins before your eyes.

I remember that in a meeting sometimes people were freed from the oppression of demons and healed at the same time and at the same time they accepted Christ. In a meeting, we began to hear a person scream out there, screaming so loudly that sometimes you don't know why sometimes people broke free and anything could happen. There were fights between people to grab a seat, because there were no seats. She was released and with those screams, we sent a worker to go there and her mother tells us that she was born completely deaf and is screaming with joy because she can't speak, she can't say anything. People who... tremendous releases.

A woman who practiced witchcraft brought in a jar, after prayer, on the next day of prayer, in a jar something that looked like a tadpole, a pollywog, right? A bug there in the water and she says that she is going to do the thing with the body in the bathroom and says, 'this came out in the toilet'. It was like a bug that long and he brought it in a jar and the power of God began to fall, of liberation and the people began to free themselves and we sometimes got on the platform and only took testimonies, because there was no time to preach Just take testimony after testimony.

A Jew arrives at the meeting in a taxi and when he arrives at the meeting he feels when he touches the ground in the open air the power of God falls on him, he throws away his crutches, because he was walking with crutches, he was running in front and he says, 'I am a Jew, I am not a Christian believer, but now look when I touched the ground, God has healed my legs, for 20 years I was walking like this with crutches and he threw them away and he says that I am still not a believer, I am still a Jew but your God has healed me.

Then things after things happened. A boy who was born without it, it's hard for me to explain but you'll understand me, he was born without the tube that goes from the kidneys to urinate so they put a plastic tube to urinate in his side and he was born that way and since there was no money in Argentina , nor the technique to produce this, they had to send to Germany for the plastic tubes, and to do it every month that the child had to go to the hospital to be checked, they took an X-ray. And so the woman brings the boy of about 7, 8 years old to the meeting and we pray for him. And when we prayed nothing happened, the child goes home, but then the next day he brings the child, and says: 'this is the child you prayed for and look, he is going to tell the testimony.' < p>The testimony is as follows: in the morning she calls her mother and says, 'Mom, look, I found a toy', then the mother runs and doesn't know what it is. And he is with the natural human apparatus urinating on all the toys. But, he was born without the natural channel of the kidneys to urinate through the human apparatus. He was doing it through the tube, but now he was using the device without a conduit. God created one, but the amazing thing that happened next is that she worked through the stack of X-rays to show it had no natural conduit and the paper took the pictures and that brought us 10,000 people the next night when the paper published it and we were like removing people who came to the Catholic church.

And they began to turn against the priests and made the police say that our church 'Visión de Futuro' was a front for the CIA, do you know what the CIA is? The American intelligence center and then they said this to defame us. So there was a big controversy between the newspapers and the people who came to be healed and the next morning the newspaper came out. The judge judges Omar Cabrera and God judges the judge because the judge who ordered the investigation died in his seat the next morning after trying to defame us.

And we lived in an anti-state state, the state tried to shut us down from meetings. The last thing I tell you about the revival, do you want me to tell you this, right? The last thing before preaching, because what God does is sometimes so great that we want to know. The city of Mendoza, under the military regime, had ordered us not to hold any more meetings and the subversives had threatened to put a bomb under the platform and Omar asked, 'Sir, do I preach or don't I preach? If you are going to preach a bomb under the platform, you have to know if it has to preach or not, it is advisable. So God tells him, 'Preach in season and out of season,' so he trusted and the police said, 'Yes, Reverend, if you preach we are going to send you tear gas and police dogs and we are going to attack your people. Because we have an order from above, from the boss.

So Omar goes to preach and they sent the gases, they sent the dogs and there were such a number of miracles that night that when they released the dogs and dispersed the people I don't know how it is in your country, but when it's dealing with some half-Italian Argentineans who have a rising anger, you don't attack people when they are preaching God. So the people got angry, they came marching to the mayor's office to burn the mayor and the entire mayor's office, 'we want the mayor, we are going to kill him'. Poor Christians, they had been Christians for a short time, they didn't know they shouldn't kill the mayor, poor things.

Then they came marching to kill him and the mayor comes, 'Please Reverend Cabrera, could you ask your people to come home.' He says 'Under one condition, let me finish the preaching message from the balcony of the quartermaster'. He says, 'Yes, Reverend, anything.

He ends up preaching, a lot of people are healed and the daughter of the judge who was a judge was mayor also heals her legs, and she removes the supports for polio, a great miracle of God. I have seen people, they come to meetings, they take them out there in Argentina, they still take these devices when they can't stand up well because of polio, they take them out, they throw them away, they walk and believe. This is your God.

And before we go any further, let's pray. Stand up with me. We are going to pray that God does the same thing that he was doing in Argentina at this moment, I want to read the word because it is the word that gives us the power to be healthy, it is the word that has the last word and it is the word of God that contains that power we need. In the book of Saint Mark it says:

“....and Jesus said to him, 'Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature, whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but the whoever does not believe will be condemned and these signs will follow those who believe. In my name they will cast out demons, they will speak new tongues, they will pick up serpents, if a deadly thing lives it will not hurt them, they will lay their hands on the sick and they will recover....”

Glory to the Lord. We are going to pray that God sends his healing to your body at this time. How many believe that God can heal you right now? Amen. You can lower your hand. We're just going to put our hand over the place that we want God to heal as if it were the hand of Jesus, amen. put it there I am going to have you repeat a prayer but before saying the prayer God has shown me that you have to pray for people who feel a lump under their skin, in particular I think it is a person who has a lump under their arm who does not know what what is it. If you have something that is damaged in your body because there was an accident and perhaps an extra bone was left there, and it sort of formed a bulge, a bulge perhaps in the chest, neck or under the arm, if you have something like that I want you to go ahead at this moment, only the problem of the lump that is happening and I want to pray for that specific. Something has remained after an abnormal accident in the body and that is why it causes the difficulty that sometimes causes inflammation or tightness in that part of the body that has no strength or it hurts when you sleep it hurts, or it hurts when you walk, when makes effort it hurts.

If it's something like that, I'd like it to go ahead and we'll pray for you. And the other thing that we're going to pray specifically for is release from bondage. If you feel like you have been done, perhaps you brought it from your country, and you have not been released, perhaps a neighbor, you believe that he is doing you harm, that you have gone to a seer and a witch or that you were not released because you notice confusion or because you feel like something is outside of you, that shouldn't be there, that you move on. If you feel a bondage and want God to loosen the spiritual bondage, let it go.

So we are going to make a prayer for all things but in particular we are going to pray for these things and we are going to wait for God to heal the disease, to free him from the power of evil in the name of Jesus.

Now, I am going to ask you not to look so as not to be distracted, to concentrate on the Lord because one of the things that sometimes prevents us from reaching God's healing is that we are not really focused or because we keep something against someone without forgiving him, that obstructs the miracle from coming from God, because he says, if you remember that he has something against you, reconcile. So I am going to ask you if you have something and you know that something between your life and the life of another person is not forgiven, I am going to ask you now to tell the Lord within you that I forgive him. Drop it, it doesn't do you good, it does you bad.

So if there is any unforgiveness, ask the Lord to forgive you and forgive that person. And then the other thing we have to do to receive something from the Lord is humble ourselves. The Bible says, 'God resists the proud but gives thanks to the humble', it says 'if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves before God and pray and ask God for forgiveness that I will come down from heaven and heal their earth', that we are going to humiliate ourselves and perhaps we have had an attitude of pride against other people or in attitudes and that could also be an obstruction.

So now we are going to place our hand again on the place that we are asking for healing and if you are here asking for release from any bondage, put your hand on your heart. I am going to ask you to repeat the prayer with me:

'Heavenly Father, I come before you and in the name of Jesus and I humble myself before you recognizing that I am nothing and nobody to be proud of. Forgive me, Lord, and if there has been something that I have offended someone or if I have not forgiven someone for what they did to me, I forgive them, I forgive them. Deliver me, I forgive him and I receive your forgiveness. Thank you, Lord.’

Now, in the name of Jesus, pray with me, in the name of Jesus, I ask that you place your hand on the place of my ailment, of the evil in my body. Send your hand of power, break, break the power of the evil one, untie me from the bondage. I resist the devil of my life, I rebuke him, I break every bond, every disease that is on my body, on my family, on my home, on my finances, on my mind, I break it and in the name of Jesus. And now, Lord, I receive your healing power, the power of the liberation of the body and the soul, I receive the healing of the lump that is under my skin and the irregularity that is in my body of the problem of the heart, of the problem of swallowing , from the problem of eczema, from all problems, I receive healing in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Do not move, do not lose reverence for the Lord. I want you to do the following, now to touch yourself in the place that had the ailment and to notice that it has happened, to notice that it has happened, to start touching yourself. If you had it on your leg, touch yourself. If you had the shoe on your foot, take the shoe out to see if the lump has disappeared or perhaps an ingrown toenail, or perhaps an inflammation in the belly, touch yourself to see what has happened.

While you're touching yourself, don't look around, keep reverent, I'm going to ask some questions here, here ahead. I want the people in front to look at me. I want to ask what they had: difficulty lifting, lift it up in the name of Jesus. Get down, get up. Is it leaving? It is no more. Glory to God. Hallelujah!

How long have you had this? How long have you had the pain? For my husband who died and because of that my... how many years has this been... Glory to the Lord. Glory to the Lord.

The Lord is moving, don't lose your reverence. The Lord is moving. What problem did you have, miss? About what? Nerves. What do you feel now? Breathe. Is it leaving? How long have you had? Come here, come up here. God is doing something in her, what happened? I lifted something. But because of what did you have this oppression? I don't know. What do you feel now? What happened there? I suffered an accident, I hit the dashboard of a car and I have, I had a bruise because even this morning, I was able to make some wipes with ice and it hurt. But you have it well made up, right? Because I don't see anything. What happened? Two months ago I hit myself and hitting myself well made my face totally inflamed. And now what do you have, is he gone? Still, this morning I felt hard, not right now, now... What do you feel now, does it hurt anymore? No, nothing is hurting right now, I don't touch anything there and it doesn't hurt. Amen.

Now I want to know, who has felt that God has touched you, those who are here, raise your hand. Her, what happened? I had, I have, they declared fat in my heart, that two veins were oppressing my heart there and right now it was giving me some punches there, and now I don't feel it. Glory to God.

Who did he disappear from...? Glory to the Lord, amen. Glory to the Lord. The Lord is here. Who had a lump that disappeared? She had the nerve... the wrist is supposedly broken says the doctor, but I trusted God that it wasn't. How are you now? I felt a coldness, glory to God. Can you move it? Amen. Amen.

Who else had...? She was the one under his arm. Let's see if you understand me, who has received a healing, feels that something disappeared in the body, raise your hand. I want to know. Who had a problem with inflammation in the stomach and now feels that it is no longer inflamed? That I had it for several months. Sit down to see if it's gone, touch yourself. Who received a healing of the womb? Can you help her? Can someone minister to her to see what the Lord is doing? Amen.

Now, that was the Chapter 9. Great miracles happened in the time of Jesus. Sometimes we ask why we don't see the great miracles today as we did in those days. It's one thing that now people go to the doctor when they're sick, but it's when the doctor can't do something that God intervenes. But what is it that produces a miracle, the power of God, its manifestation? If we go forward to 8:18 it says:

“...seeing Jesus surrounded by many people, he sent to the other side and a scribe came and said to him, 'Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.' He told him, 'Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.' Another of his disciples said to him, 'Lord, allow me to go and bury my father first', Jesus said to him, 'Follow me and let the dead bury the dead'.”

That would seem like a very harsh word, but it's not. Jesus is simply saying that in this life you have to put Jesus above all things. It is the most important thing, there is nothing more important. But in modern life we have many more important things and we see it because people say, 'why do I have to go to church, I have to go see such a movie, I'm going to the afternoon meeting, and I'm going to this , I go to the other? There is like a competition, that is not the word, there is an attraction to see many things and among other things people do not choose to go to church, they do not choose to seek God first. And you have to understand this, that God has to be first for God to manifest himself because that is what Christ said first.

'Let the dead bury the dead', simply saying that the person who is not there or the things that do not have Christ, the people who do not have Christ are not as important as the things of God . You will say that I am a fanatic, that this than that, that so much God, so much God. It is not like this. If you love the Lord with all your heart there is nothing more important than God. One can be filled with many things in life but no one can fill his life with something like Christ and that satisfies all things. Christ must be above all and that is why the disciples had something that we do not have: they had a total surrender to the Lord, they were ready to leave everything to serve Christ, and that is what Christ taught.

When he was preaching on the Sea of Galilee, Peter was there fishing and Peter and Jacob and Andrew and they did not know the Lord, Christ passes by and says to him, 'Leave the fishing nets and follow me', and it says, 'immediately they followed Christ.' I would like to read it, Matthew 4:18 says

“.. Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee and saw two brothers, Simon, called Peter, and Andrew, his brother, and they were casting their nets into the sea because they were fishermen. , and said to him 'come after me and I will make you fishers of men'. They then, immediately leaving the nets, continued passing him, and from there he saw two other brothers, Jacobo de Sebedeo and Juan his brother, in the boat with Sebedeo his father, who were mending the nets, and he called them. And they immediately leaving the boat and their father, followed him..”

How wonderful, how wonderful, for example, if you arrive at the love of your life and you are waiting for her to accept your proposal marry you, and you say, 'So-and-so, will you marry me?' I have a movie to watch tonight. How would you feel? Would you send him to the 4 winds or would you stay there very sad.

And when Christ makes a call for our life, when he says to Peter, he doesn't say, 'Peter, why don't you try here, if things go well for you, try Christ, accept Christ in your heart? He doesn't tell him like that, he tells him: Follow me, because he had authority.

And when we know Christ, when we have given everything for Christ, we can tell people, that reminds me of a Colombian, there in Andorra, it's one more place, if you say so.... Do you understand what I mean? Of very believed people, right? Because, look, Andorra is a tax-free country and there are people, a friend, no, an acquaintance had so much money there that he wanted to make a good investment, do you know what he bought? Not some houses, part of Mexico City was bought, part of it. And you can't believe the pride that there is sometimes among people, but the world of Christ, the natural world are two poles apart. And we have something wonderful, we have a life of Christ but you give yourself to Christ and you have to maintain your life with Christ. Because service to Christ is one thing, and life with Christ is one thing. You have to understand this. When we were in the great Argentine revival, and we went from place to place, sometimes we preached twice a day, 6 days a week, doing a thousand km, 800 miles a week preaching twice a day, you would arrive at a place and open the Bible, and what opened was your message and miracles and healings and power and you began to reason 'it's been a long time since I've had time to look for you, God. I've been drying up inside for a long time. It's been a long time that I sometimes do things that I shouldn't have to do, but since the miracles and power continue to flow, you must approve of my life.' Lie. That is the devil.

The reason that you are well because God blesses you is a devilish reason, because miracles and healings do not flow because your life is well, they flow by the grace of God. They do not flow by works, they flow because healings are gifts. So sometimes when we reach a point where we are not doing well, we no longer seek God, we go to church, but we are getting into that, right? That we are angry all the time, we are yelling at the children, we are thinking things that we do not have to think about and our Christian life is drying up, but God continues to bless. We say, well, I must be fine, because God hasn't sent me lightning yet.

The Gospel is not like that, it is completely the opposite because there comes a time when if we think like that, God comes and saws the floor for us, right? that pulls the rug out from under our feet, and at any moment we are down and we say, what happened, God, that you are not there anymore? You know the most important thing I can teach you about revival, because we lost many Christian followers, we lost many pastors to big problems, not only scandals, but illnesses, deaths, road accidents, family problems, because there comes a time that you are working so much for your job, for God or for whatever. It is the same as working for God as for your work, if you are not seeking God you are not doing your first job, which is to seek first the Kingdom of God and everything else will come in addition. And it is a diabolical deception, that the devil works to tell you as you are still blessed, you should be fine. Lie. That is the devil speaking to us like this.

Because God wants us to look for him because if our spiritual life dries up, if we run out of patience, compassion for the lost, if everything becomes a business, the Christian life, we do it like automatons, we do it because we have done it all our lives, but if our compassion, humility, and Christian sensibility are drying up, it is because we have stopped looking for God and we are living off the vapor from the gasoline tank, but there is no more gasoline. And that is dangerous.

How many people out there have run out of gas? Its not cute. I remember that I was in the desert and I ran out 200 km from the town. That was a miracle, I prayed the car 200 km and it arrived.

That's right, we live off the steam from the tank. And you ask what happens in my life? There is no more power, there are no more miracles, I do not feel love for people, my home is invaded by bad things and bad things, I have no patience, I no longer love my wife, I no longer love my children and sometimes until people start thinking about suicide and he goes to a bridge and a burst of “why don't I shoot myself” comes over him No, but where does this come from. Because we are running out of spiritual provision. Don't be fooled, brothers. Do not be fooled. If you don't fill the tank until it's full, you don't have to put two dors, or ten dors, you have to put 40, 50, you have to fill the spiritual tank. If you don't fill it out, it is because of this that the devil can come and undo a marriage, that he can undo the spiritual call, that can end your spiritual future, because the most important thing for God to flow is not that there is great power, great manifestation of miracles, healing, power or salvation, the most important thing is that you are full of the Lord.

And people how come I lost everything in a moment. How is it that a person came and tempted me and I lost everything, how is it that my holiness in life is eating away at me. Eye, danger, warning sign. You have to start looking for God. You have to start looking for God until you are full. We must reverse the situation of corruption that is occurring or else, as the Bible says, and many become castaways who say one day to the next, 'what happened to such a brother? It's that for 10 years his strength was undermining because that brother had stopped seeking God and filling himself up and sanctifying himself and humiliating himself and from one moment to the next he left.

We don't have to be like this. We can fill up. We can turn everything over to Christ. We can say, here they left the Lord and followed him instantly. Glory to God. That is wonderful that they followed you instantly, but what happens, what if you gave yourself to the Lord ten years ago and now your tank is running out. That love from the beginning is gone, we can change it, we can react instantly. You have to use a Latin American mentality. Do you know what the Anglo are like? You say something to an Anglo: 'God wants to heal you, God wants to bless you,' and the Anglo answers, 'Well, let's see, what church are you from, what do you believe in, and how do you know this?' And when He just asked you what's going on in his mind, so he doesn't believe in anything anymore. Because there is a point that you can analyze, and I say this for women, do not analyze things so much. Just do them, because if you keep analyzing everything, you are going to make a mess of life, a difficult thing that you don't know how to undo.

I say that from experience. The woman is the sensitive part that when she seeks God touches the man, when the man loses his sensitivity and the love of a loving woman leads him back to the man. That is why I say this to women, do not analyze, just obey the Lord. But when this is happening, when the interior spiritual life is ending, you have to raise an alarm signal and you have to say 'you are drying up, you are becoming bitter. You have allowed such a person, such a thing, what you lost, that person who stole everything from you, to be affecting your life. You have to change it. It is an emergency call. You have to change it now. You have to do it immediately and you, who started so well, now ten years have passed, and you say 'I do like a robot, I go to church, I go home, I pray', but everything is dry. God wants to change this right now.

I'm going to tell you what the biggest sin on my mind is, it's the sin of spiritual pride. What is spiritual pride? Spiritual pride is what you think, since God has not punished me, I must be fine, and I can continue even if I am not looking for God, I can continue following God just the same. That pride! We think that being able to serve God and follow God without having God and being full of God. How strongly are we following? With our own strength but we are not depending on the Lord, we are depending on ourselves. And that is spiritual pride: to think that we can get on with God without having God. That is to say, I don't need you God, even if I'm not full of you I'm still the same. And we have to reverse this and we have to seek humility in our lives, and rather say, 'Lord, I am drying up. I can't go any further, I have to start crying out to you. I have to change this before I die spiritually, even if miracles flow, even if you bless me financially, I'm dry, Lord, you have to change this before it's too late. That is humility, you need the Lord. And when you start to cry out, all that dry life from following him for so many years will begin to turn green. You know that there is nothing more beautiful than humiliating yourself under the hand of God. Be humble, how hateful are proud people.

Sometimes we have a lot of pride, don't we? I began to humiliate myself a few months ago again, because I noticed that I needed it. So I told my wife, 'Annette, look, a few months ago I realized that in my life I've been very proud', and my wife tells me, 'Well, it's true, I've been telling you all my life'. So I told her, 'But Annette, look, for you to tell me that I'm proud, you must be quite proud too, right?' The truth is that pride consists in believing that we can continue without humiliating ourselves before God and change that dryness that can only be changed by seeking God.

Let's pray then. And if you want to take a step to say, 'Lord, I need to change my life, I need to be like I was when I first had love for Christ, have that sensitivity of love and faith and be alive and not dry, and stop being a robot . Lord I am dying spiritually.'

I want you to stand up right now to pray because you are acknowledging it before the Lord, not before me, because God wants to do something in your life. Again we are going to pray for our hearts, put your hand on your heart if you want, otherwise.... we are going to remain silent for a moment and that you talk to God about your need to humble yourself and go back to look for him. We will be silent. Talk to God.

If there is someone who feels they would like to give their life to the Lord again, come forward to the altar of God and humbly kneel before the Lord and ask Him to change everything.

Heavenly Father, I humble myself before you today, I remember the past times of great joy that I had with you, my love for others was overflowing, but somehow it has become routine or I have still dried up. Today I offer myself to you again asking you to forgive me the spiritual pride of believing that I could move on without looking for you. Today with your help I am going to start looking for you and put priority in the rest of my life, to seek first the Kingdom of God. I need you to change everything in my life: my heart, my attitude, I want to be like you want me to be. But it's been 20 years that we're still making tomorrow. But when Christ tells Peter, 'Leave your nets and follow me,' he instantly follows. When Elijah comes and tells his disciple, Elisha, 'stop plowing in the field', Elisha instantly tells him 'let me tell my parents and now I'm going to make a barbecue, I'm going to burn some oxen, and the wood , to say goodbye and I'm going with you', and he left everything instantly.

Later, when God makes Saint Paul understand on the road to Damascus that he had to follow him, he immediately leaves Judaism and begins to preach Christ. If we see in the Bible through whom the power of God was most manifested in great omens, it was through those who had an immediate obedience to obey God, it was through those that God manifested himself.

So, I ask you this: how many want God to manifest in your life? Start doing everything God has shown you instantly. If you want to serve the Lord, start serving him, tell the pastor and those in charge that you want to serve the Lord. If I told him to forgive so-and-so, if I told him to tell him to do this, if he tells him to go back to his home country and preach the Gospel, it doesn't matter, if he quits his career, but you know we can't compare in a Christian life and make a comparison between what we have and serving Christ, because we will never have a correct comparison.

Either it is Christ above all and in everything, or nothing works in the Christian life. God wants to manifest himself in your life, perhaps he has not called you to serve him in other lands, but to serve him here, perhaps I don't know what God is doing, but through the formula of hearing from God, seeing his word and obeying instantly That is a Latin American mentality, and a wonderful one. Because we Latinos obey because we always had the military on top of us and the Catholics. It's like the woman who came to your meeting and she was walking and had a cane and I told her, "Well, you don't need this", and she throws the cane instead of asking me what religion or what this or what. He received his healing and walked away like that, after a few years.

Because he didn't think what he had to do, he just did it. And it is through, if we analyze well, why God moves, we come to the conclusion that he moves through obedience. God tells you something, do it. Do not delay, do it and God will begin to manifest in your life, in healing. It will manifest itself in an economic blessing. If he tells you, 'Leave your job and go to another job', you are there but I don't know, I don't know if I... No, no, do what God tells you.

Start like this. If God tells you something and you start debating it in your head, and God says 'why am I going to tell him if he doesn't always listen to me?' Then God wants to start moving in your life.
