Ezra 8:22 • 1 Timothy 1:15
Ashamed to ask for mighty men, for horses and for shield We told them of Your gracious hand, our God upon the field But in my heart, I knew the truth, a sinner, weak and frail Like Paul, I cried, "I am the worst!" – Your mercy will prevail For Your hand is gracious, Lord, to all who seek Your grace But Your great anger burns against all who forsake Your face.
Oh, the blood of the Lamb, it washes every stain! For humble hearts and hardened souls, Your mercy calls again! Not by our choosing, not by what we see, Your endless grace embraces all, sets every spirit free! From the worst of sinners, to the proud and the meek, The saving power of Christ, for everyone who seeks!
I've prayed for neighbours, near and far, the stranger and the friend The joyful and the weary soul, whose journey has no end The quiet ones, the extroverts, the helpful and the cold We pick and choose the ones we think deserve a story to be told But every soul, a creature made, by Your own loving hand All of us are needing You, across this troubled land.
We’ve known Your pardon, felt Your grace, adopted as Your child No need to beg for power, Lord, Your Spirit runs so wild! A simple smile, a helping hand, a word spoken in truth Can break the hardest heart, dear Lord, and bring eternal youth! From Sauls to those who scorned Your name, transformed by light divine Your Spirit moves through willing hearts, making our light to shine! We are Your light, Your hands, Your voice, a channel for Your love, For every soul surrounding us, a gift from heaven above.
Oh, for all! For all! (Yes!) Your love for all the world! (Hallelujah!) From every tribe and every tongue, Your banner is unfurled! God bless Your Word! (Amen!) For all! For all! The world! Your saving grace, for everyone! Sing it out! For all! For all!
