Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun. (Numbers 14:30)
Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. (Hebrews 4:1)

You can thwart God's good purposes for your life

God has great blessings and plans for our lives, but we have the power to frustrate and impede them by disobedience or stubbornness. This is illustrated in salvation, where God wants everyone to be saved, but many people do not follow the prescriptions for salvation and end up losing their souls. Our attitude can allow or prevent God's benevolent purposes from being realized in our lives. It is important to have a good heart to receive God's blessings. Read more...

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : I want to ALWAYS have my heart receptive to what my LORD offers me. Thank you for everything my GOD.
What a beautiful wish, Enrique. Keeping our hearts receptive to the blessings and purposes that God has for us is essential to be able to receive all the good things He has prepared. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, it is important that our hearts be good soil so that the seed of God's blessing can bear fruit in our lives. May your heart always be prepared to receive the wonders that God has for you. Blessings!
Martha Eugenia Caro Montañez : Amen Amen Amen 🙇🏻‍♀️, it is easy in the flesh to blame others for our mistakes, but it is unforgivable to blame the one who has given us everything: Life, Redemption, Creation... everything is an understatement. But the rebellious heart blinds us and we deviate from the Lord's Purpose which is good, pleasing and perfect. Thank you for this very important and reflective Message for Our Lives, Lord help us to see what we have to change, accept what we cannot and to differentiate between one thing and the other 🙏🙏🙏
