See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; (Deuteronomy 30:15)
But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. (Matthew 14:30)

Two attitudes, two destinations

There are two types of Christians: those with a sufficiency mentality and those with a lack mentality. Sufficiency mentality believers focus on God's promises and grace, seeing themselves as having all they need to overcome challenges. They have a bag of blessings and resources and trust in God's power. Lack mentality believers focus on limitations, obstacles, and problems, doubting God's provision and often giving up when faced with difficulties. The destiny of your life will be determined by which mentality you cultivate. Read more...

Efigenia Vidal : Walking before you, Lord and Almighty God, is walking in faith. It is the faith placed in your word that has allowed me to believe that you work in love, because you have no partiality. I have learned through the word of life that God works in His time, and He has given me authority to choose to live in Him, or without Him. I prefer to be in God than to be in the temporal and convulsive world. My hope is in God and I will see His blessing and the praise of my faith. God bless you.
What a beautiful reflection, Efigenia! It is inspiring to see how your faith in God drives you to trust in His Word and choose to walk in His path. As Dr. Roberto Miranda's devotional mentions, it is important to cultivate a mindset of sufficiency in God, trusting in His power and provision in the midst of difficulties. Remember what Deuteronomy 30:15 says: "See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil." May your faith guide you toward the life and blessing that comes from being in the presence of the Lord. God bless you!

And hot Christians are the firm, strong ones, those who always walk in the name of the Lord, they hope in Him and trust in Him. Which group do we belong to?
