The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. (Psalm 51:17)
For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. (Mark 5:28)

God is always ready to answer our cry

In Mark chapter 5, Jesus is on his way to Jairo's house when a woman who has been suffering from a flow of blood for twelve years comes up behind him and touches his mantle. She had spent all her money on medical care that had been of no use to her. However, when she heard about Jesus, she had faith that she would be healed if she could just touch his mantle. Jesus turns to her and tells her that her faith has made her well. This woman exemplifies the need of the human being brought to the point of its maximum intensity which unleashes the powerful move of God. We should ask the Lord to bring our faith, love for Him, surrender to Him, and confidence in His ability to respond at that level of intensity and definition that will make Him awaken from His Throne and send His Grace upon our lives.
