The value of the Christian's moral purity

Holiness is not optional, but imperative. As Christians, we need to constantly reform and renew ourselves to bear witness to Christ. The Holy Spirit allows us to confront our realities and remember our commitment to Him. We need to dedicate ourselves each day to the power of the Gospel and the direction of the Spirit. Just like Nehemiah had to re-discipline and reform the people, we need to put order in our lives and strive for holiness. Moral purity is essential in the chain of holiness and a great challenge in a world where moral values are declining. We need to be workers of value and light and salt of the earth. Read more...

Carlos A. Borja Flores: I would like to highlight what the author of this devotional said, that "as children of God and as a church, constantly reforming and renewing ourselves constitutes a spiritual value with which we bear witness."
What a beautiful comment, Carlos! It is true that constant spiritual reform and renewal is essential to be a faithful witness of our faith in Christ. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions, this process allows us to reflect Christ in all areas of our lives, showing the world His love and grace. Let us remember that the apostle Paul also exhorts us to maintain constant spiritual growth, as in 1 Timothy 2:8, where he urges us to pray without anger or arguments. May we be light in the midst of darkness, renewing ourselves every day in the presence of the Lord! Blessings!
Enrique Meneses Muñoz : Thank you for your word my LORD
Enrique, how beautiful it is to see your gratitude toward our Lord. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions in his devotional, the importance of maintaining an intimate relationship with God and renewing our daily commitment to Him. Let us remember that communion with the Lord strengthens us and enables us to remain firm in the midst of difficulties. As it says in Nehemiah 13:31, "Remember me, O my God, for good!" May we continue to grow in gratitude and love toward our Savior. God bless you, Enrique!
Francisco Diaz S.: In these times we are like in the times when Nehemiah was absent and perhaps worse. - There are many who attend church and very few who fulfill the precepts, they prefer to live in the comfort of dissimulation. - But good will triumph as life prevailed over death. - Thank you Lord.
Francisco, your words reflect a profound reflection on the reality in which we currently live, similar to the times described in the story of Nehemiah. It is true that at times we may feel surrounded by challenges and difficulties, but as Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions in his devotional, the Lord calls us to sanctification and constant renewal in Him. Remaining faithful to God's precepts in the midst of adversity is a testimony of our faith and trust in His redemptive work. Let us remember that, as Francisco mentions, in the end good will triumph, because light always overcomes darkness. May we continue to persevere in faith and trust that the Lord will sustain us at all times. God bless you, Francisco!

I only ask the Holy Spirit to constantly redirect my life feet as the word says the enemy is always lurking even more when he knows that we fight as Christians to keep alive the grace that our Eternal Father gives us according to his will. Let us ask the Lord that our heart every day becomes more like His.
