I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. (Psalm 40:8)
Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. (Luke 22:42)

Thy will be done

Jesus Christ was a model of complete submission to the will of God. He surrendered his own will to God's plan for his life, even when it meant suffering and death. As followers of Christ, we should also strive to submit to God's will in our lives, even when it is difficult or goes against our desires. By doing so, we will experience spiritual growth and intimacy with Christ. Our prayer should always be "Thy will be done." Read more...

Enrique Meneses Muñoz : It has been difficult for me, and it will undoubtedly be difficult for me many times to understand difficult situations in my life, but I ask you LORD that your will, which is good, pleasing and perfect, be ALWAYS done. Receive my adoration, GOD.
Enrique, I understand that sometimes it is difficult to accept adverse circumstances in our lives, but it is valuable to maintain an attitude of submission to God's will. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, Jesus also faced difficult trials, but He maintained His obedience to the Father, saying, "Not my will, but yours, be done" (Luke 22:42). May your prayer reflect that desire to surrender to God's will, trusting that He knows what is best for you. May the peace of God be with you in the midst of your circumstances!
Efigenia Vidal : Going deeper and deeper into what the Word of God describes, understands, and demands is broad and deep, and does not allow the human mind to understand the why of the abrupt moments that we must face in life. Only God can sustain us from falling into distrust and doubt. Doubt can come, so many things. In the end, what had to happen, happened, and will continue to happen, because the will of God does not stop. Simply obeying God is the basis, especially when it is difficult to be 100 percent sure and confident. It is a relationship that helps the believer to cultivate day by day, for the love of the giver of life. May God give you wisdom and intelligence in serving Him. Blessings.
Efigenia, your reflections are profound and full of truth. In your search to understand God's will, remember the words of the psalmist who expressed: "I delight to do Your will, O God; Your law is within my heart" (Psalm 40:8). As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions, obedience and submission to the divine will are fundamental in our spiritual life. Although sometimes it is difficult to be completely sure and confident, cultivating that relationship of love and trust with God day by day strengthens us. May God grant you the wisdom and intelligence necessary to continue serving Him faithfully. May His peace and blessings always be with you!
Francisco Diaz S.: Let us thank God for what we are and what we have, even if we long for better circumstances, let it be done according to God's will. - With faith we achieve everything.
Francisco, your attitude of gratitude and trust in God’s will is inspiring. As you mention, it is important to be thankful for what we are and have, while seeking God’s will in all circumstances. Faith plays a fundamental role in our spiritual journey, as the apostle Paul reminds us when he urges us to follow the example of Jesus Christ in his total submission to the Father’s will. Keep that faith firm and trust that God will guide your steps according to His perfect plan. May His grace and blessings be abundant in your life!
Saragasparh@gmail.com: Even when the situation is painful, God's will is always good and perfect. This was completely fulfilled in the life of Jesus. My prayer is that we always remember this. Thank you for this message.
