There are two types of people who experience this transformation - those who previously hated God and the church, and those who still struggle to fully embrace the message of the gospel. True freedom in Christ comes from the Spirit and our relationship with Him. We cannot earn this freedom, but simply need to listen to His voice and open the door to Him. The price of our freedom was the death of Jesus on the cross. Living in freedom means serving others out of love and living in gratitude. Read more...

What a beautiful testimony, Claudia! It is comforting to know that through the devotionals you have found light in the midst of darkness and joy in the presence of God. As Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas mentions in his devotional, the freedom we experience in Christ comes from His Spirit and our relationship with Him. By calling upon the Lord in the midst of anguish, as mentioned in Psalm 118:5, we can experience how He answers us and places us in a spacious place. May God's grace continue to guide your path and fill your life with peace. God bless you!
Wulfredo : Each devotional is the torch of the reader, who develops it in his life, and transmits it to another, with testimony of the Power of the word. The answer to freedom in Christ is to leave the old man and follow our Lord Jesus Christ in whom we have all redemption. Begging the Holy Spirit to help us in this process because we cannot do it alone. Amen.
What beautiful words, Wulfredo. It is true that each devotional we read can become a torch that lights our path and enables us to transmit the light to others, as you mention. Following the exhortation of Faustino de Jesús Zamora Vargas, by living in freedom in Christ, we leave the old man behind and cling to Jesus Christ, who redeems us. As the verse in 2 Corinthians 3:17 mentions, it is the Spirit of the Lord that grants us that freedom. May you continue to pray to the Holy Spirit to guide you in this process of transformation. Amen! May God strengthen you in your journey!
