Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. (Psalm 103:13)
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. (Romans 8:33)
Dr. Roberto Miranda

The God who justifies us

Sanctification is a difficult and lifelong process, and it's important to be patient with ourselves and others as we navigate through it. Even biblical characters who passionately loved God, like Jehoshaphat, Abraham, David, and Peter, had moments of sin and inconsistency. God understands our human nature and is patient with us. We should also be patient with ourselves and others, and not condemn ourselves or others for failures. This will allow us to focus on pleasing God and following His Word. Read more...

Masiel pardo: Hehe I feel that the Lord himself sends these verses to my life and speaks to me through them if in my prayers I told him Lord I am inconstant and I asked him to be patient with me really if it happens in the life of a child of God thank you very much blessings
What a beautiful testimony, Masiel. It is comforting to see how the Lord speaks to you and comforts you through His Word, reminding you of His compassion and patience toward us, His children. As Psalm 103:13 mentions, "As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him." This understanding of divine mercy invites us to humbly and gratefully welcome His unconditional love. May you continue to be strengthened by the truth of His Word! Blessings for you too!
Ma Esther : Beautiful words of encouragement and reflection, they make me see that I have to fight daily against the desires of the flesh (sexual) and of other kinds, such as sometimes not wanting to do certain things and suddenly feeling depressed. I don't like being like this, I ask Christ Jesus to take away that demon of depression from me (it's not always) But I do have consecutive episodes, not serious (I have never wanted to take my life. Nor am I angry that I scream like crazy (normally I am 53 years old) when I was married I always put La Paz. It was worth it, there were never any blows (only psychological abuse, I try to ignore it (it's not easy) but I offer it for my salvation. Thank you very much for reading me, God bless you πŸ™πŸ»

Efigenia Vidal : God bless the Lion of Judah Ministry. In attention to the central theme of today's devotional, it makes me think that if the Son of God was betrayed, having already been prophesied in advance, that he would be betrayed. A gap opens in which betrayal stands out, and although it hurts, you have to live the process, evaluate what is behind it, allowing yourself to forgive, I believe from what I have experienced, that if there is true love when being the Creator of the visible and invisible, coupled with the fact that his eyes saw my embryo, when it formed me in my mother's womb. That love frees us from the bonds generated by not forgiving. Because not being perfect before the Almighty, He knows how to guide me to reach forgiveness, to feel freedom and be attentive to the demands of my Father, to serve Him, grow and see His Glory manifest in the journey of life, always helping others.
Efigenia, your reflections are profound and reveal an intimate connection with God's grace and forgiveness. It is true that the example of Jesus, who was betrayed but demonstrated unconditional love by forgiving, shows us the way to liberation and healing of the soul. As you mention, the love of our Creator, who has known us since before we were born, enables us to forgive and live in freedom, leaving behind the bonds of resentment and bitterness. May that divine love continue to guide your path and strengthen you to serve God and your neighbor with generosity and compassion. May His glory be manifested in every step you take! God bless you richly in your walk of faith and forgiveness! πŸ™πŸ»
