Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause. (Psalm 35:19)
But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause. (John 15:25)
Charles Spurgeon

Hate without cause

If Jesus was hated without cause, we should expect to face the same persecution as Christians. We should not seek persecution, but if it comes, we should rejoice in it for the sake of Christ. However, we should also make sure that if we face opposition, it is for the sake of justice and not because of our own sin or offensive behavior. Those who hate Christ should turn to Him and experience His love and salvation. Read more...

Sabino Marroquín López: I have suffered a lot because of violence, but I do not want to take revenge, I want to stay on the path of GOD, because God is the way, truth and life, amen.
Brother Sabino, your words reflect a deep faith and trust in God despite the difficulties you have faced. As Psalm 35:19 mentions, "Do not let those who are my enemies unjustly rejoice at my expense, nor let those who hate me without cause wink in malice." It is important to remember that, as Christians, we may face persecution and suffering, but we must follow the example of Christ and remain firm in the faith, without seeking revenge. Stay on God's path, for He is our strength and guide in the midst of adversity. May God fill you with peace and strength as you walk with Him! God bless you!
Francisco Diaz S.: In the premises of the Colombian congress, the unbelievers ordered the removal of the crucifix of Christ that was in that premises, for reasons of supposed religious freedom. - The figure of the cross of Christ makes them uncomfortable as the sign of the cross makes demons uncomfortable. - The majority of Colombians are Christians and no one can remove the figure of Christ from our hearts
Brother Francisco, your comment reflects a regrettable situation in which an attempt is made to remove the figure of Christ from a public place. It is sad to see how faith in Christ is rejected and how attempts are made to eliminate His presence in important spaces. But remember the words of John 15:25, where it says: "But they have done this so that the word that is written in their Law may be fulfilled: 'THEY HATE ME WITHOUT A CAUSE.'" Just as Christ was hated without reason, sometimes faith in Him is also rejected without reason. It is important to remember that the true presence of Christ is in our hearts and no one can take Him away from there. Remain firm in your faith and may the Lord give you the strength to continue being a witness of His love and truth in the midst of adversity. May God sustain you and guide you in this difficult time! God bless you!
Ruth Vives.: The Christian must understand and understand that love and loyalty to the commandments of God.And to the holy biblical scriptures. It implies not being in constant attachment to the matters that belong to the world. God bless you. Amen.
Sister Ruth, your comment is very accurate and reflects an important perspective for Christians. As you mention, it is essential that as followers of Christ we maintain our love and loyalty to God's commandments and His Word, without clinging to worldly things. This relates to what Charles Spurgeon mentions in his devotional about how we should face opposition and persecution while maintaining our integrity and acting justly. Let us remember that our focus should be on the things of the Kingdom of God and not on the vanities of the world. May the Lord continue to guide you in His truth and strengthen you to follow His commandments at all times. God bless you and keep you in His path! Amen!
Alba Fuentes : God bless your lives, beloved brothers, let's not expect everyone to love us, let's rejoice and pray for those who talk and hate us for no reason ❤️🤗🙏
Dear Alba, your message is full of love and wisdom. As John 15:25 mentions, “THEY HATE ME WITHOUT A CAUSE,” it is important to remember that as followers of Christ we can face opposition and hatred without cause. Your attitude of love, joy and prayer for those who hate us without reason is a beautiful reflection of the love of Christ in us. Let us follow the example of Jesus, who prayed for his enemies, and seek to bless and pray for those who treat us badly.
