Gifts should only be expressed within the framework of love

There is often a false debate in churches between those who prioritize order in worship and those who prioritize freedom and spontaneity in the Spirit. The apostle Paul calls for a healthy balance between the two, emphasizing love, consideration for others, and a spirit of service. We should prioritize blessing and edifying others in worship, rather than satisfying ourselves or causing confusion. The highest praise is imitating the compassionate and loving spirit of Christ.
