Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. (1 Samuel 17:45)
Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; (2 Corinthians 3:5)

The power of the prophetic Word

When God is moving in your life, you may face criticism and misinterpretation from those who do not have God's anointing. It is important to not set uneven yokes and to use the weapons and methodology of God. Additionally, using the power of the prophetic Word and positive confession can activate the Power of God in your life. When one is filled with the Holy Spirit, your mouth acquires a special anointing and power. The things that you confess become keys that operate in the territory of Spirit and make certain things possible. David used the power of the prophetic Word when he faced Goliath and prophesied seven results that would come about through that encounter. When God has a purpose in the life of His Church, He needs someone on Earth to declare what He wants to do. Use your mouth to declare what God is to do in your life, by faith. Your mouth is a powerful weapon of war, and the prophetic declaration in faith can be used by God for extraordinary things. Read more...

Hello, Enrique! Thanks for sharing your comment. It is wonderful to have confidence that our Lord will fight for us in all battles. As Dr. Roberto Miranda mentions in his devotional, when we are filled with the Holy Spirit, our mouth acquires a special power. We can declare and prophesy victory in the name of the Lord, just as David did against Goliath. As the Word says in 1 Samuel 17:45: "You come to me with sword, spear, and javelin, but I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied." " Trust in the power of God and declare his victory in every situation. God continue to bless you!
