And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee; for God is with thee. (1 Samuel 10:7)
Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. (2 Timothy 1:6)
Dr. Roberto Miranda

You can't stay passive

In this meditation, we continue to explore the life of Saul and the principles that emerge from his experience that can help us better understand how to move into the filling and baptism of the Holy Spirit. Samuel tells Saul that when the Spirit of God comes with power over him, he would prophesy with the other prophets and be changed into another man. When Saul saw these signs, Samuel told him to do whatever comes his way because God is with him. This is an example of what must happen in the life of every believer who receives the filling of the Holy Spirit. When we receive the anointing from God, we have to believe that God is with us and take advantage of any opportunity that comes our way. We have to move from receiving the visitation of the Holy Spirit to a life of works in faith based on what God has done in us. We have to begin to use the gift of God that is within us and live a life of service to the Lord, bearing fruit in our Christian life. We cannot remain passive and must activate the power of God that is within us. God expects us to move with great diligence and authority, taking advantage of all opportunities that come our way to activate the power of God and use the gift and talent that God has given us. Enrique Meneses Muñoz : The Holy Spirit of GOD gives me the strength I need to face any difficulty in my life. Thank you my LORD.
Henry, thank you for your comment. It is wonderful to know that the Holy Spirit gives us the strength to face any difficulty in our lives. As Dr. Roberto Miranda says in his devotional, when we receive the filling of the Holy Spirit, we must activate that power and take advantage of any opportunity that comes our way. In 1 Samuel 10:7, Samuel tells Saul that when the signs happen, he must do what the situation requires, because God is with him. So let's keep trusting in the Holy Spirit to face our difficulties. God bless you!

Sabino, thank you for sharing your testimony and your trust in God. It is comforting to know that you have experienced God's miracles in your life. In times of difficulty, it is important to remember that our faith, trust, and hope are in Him. In your petition for the health of your children, remember God's promise in 1 Samuel 10:7, where Samuel tells Saul that when the signs happen, he must do what the situation requires, because God is with him. Trust that God is with you and with your children in these difficult times. Let us pray that the mighty hand of God will descend upon them and restore their health. May the peace and comfort of the Lord be with you and your family!

It is through the Holy Spirit that we find the strength to continue serving the Lord and living in gratitude for all his blessings. May you continue to enjoy the company of your family and the people around you, always remembering that the Spirit of God gives you strength in your soul. God bless you abundantly!
