Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
(Psalm 138:6)But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
(James 4:6) Occupy a humble place
Humble hearts seek grace and receive it abundantly. They submit to its influence and abide in the valleys where the streams of grace flow. Humble hearts are thankful for grace and give glory to God, which leads to more grace. To receive grace, we must humble ourselves and acknowledge our unworthiness. Grace makes us humble and finds opportunities to pour out more grace. Let us be humble and be exalted by the grace of God.
