The burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the son of Amoz did see.(Isaiah 13:1)
Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain, exalt the voice unto them, shake the hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.(Isaiah 13:2)
I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.(Isaiah 13:3)
The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle.
They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.(Isaiah 13:5)
Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.(Isaiah 13:6)

Isaiah 45:1-12
A prophetic message from the Holy Spirit about the four voices of building God's kingdom as mentioned in Isaiah 45:1-12. The voices are restoration, preparation, reformation, and salvation. The speaker encourages the audience to pray for the salvation of their families and for a move of the spirit of God in their lives. The Lord is said to be touching and restoring people and cutting down strongholds in their lives.
