We have to go back to Bethel

Gilberto Samano
(Audio: Spanish)

SUMMARY: The speaker begins by sharing a recent inspiration he received from God and asks for prayer. He expresses gratitude for the men and women of God being raised up, and also greets those listening online and asks them to open their hearts. The message is titled "We have to return to Bethel to see God's shikina" and the speaker reads from Genesis 28 and 35. He discusses how Jacob received a stolen blessing but God had a personal blessing for him. He encourages listeners to understand that the blessings we receive are undeserved and that God wants to bless us personally. Jacob had a dream where God promised to be with him and bless him, and the speaker reminds listeners that God speaks to us in our moments of despair. He emphasizes the importance of faith and belief in God's promises.

The sermon is about the importance of returning to Bethel, which is the place where a person had their first encounter with God. The speaker urges the audience to make an appointment with God and examine their lives, and to clean themselves up before returning to Bethel. The presence of God, known as shikina or shekina, is also discussed, and it is emphasized that if God is not present in our activities, it is just another activity. The sermon ends with the idea that the presence of God can transform and bless our lives.

The presence of God is crucial in our activities, as without it, it becomes just another activity. The Shekina or shikina means the presence of God, and it comes from a verb -shakan- which means the habitation of God. For the presence of God to be manifested, there must be faith and adoration and praise to God. God dwells in the midst of praise, and when we recognize that God is present, the Lord begins to manifest his glory. This glory makes miracles happen. It is time to return to our Bethel, to our roots, to the experience we had with God. God wants to bless our lives, and we need to make new vows with Him. Return to God and have an encounter with Him.

In these days, brothers, we have been asking the Lord for something special for our lives and for the life of the whole Church in general. And, brothers, a few weeks ago I was in a meeting with Pastor Roberto, there next to my work, talking about the things of God and the future of the Church and some things that the Lord gave me a thought, an inspiration to what that we are going to be talking this morning and I ask for your prayers, brothers, so that God is the one who directs us.

I also want to thank God very much for the growing cities of men of God, as Pastor Omar said, these men God is using and preparing, they are the warriors, they are the soldiers that God is raising up and, brothers, how many are going to pray for men of God? All. Amen. And also women and children, because we truly need God to raise up warriors ready to fight the good fight of faith and get closer to God.
