SUMMARY: Pastor Juan Zuccarelli oversees 250 pastors in all the prisons of the Buenos Aires Penitentiary System in Argentina. He started as a prison guard in 1983 because he wanted to preach in the Olmos pavilions, which didn't allow him to enter. Currently there are 250 pastors scattered throughout all the prisons of the Buenos Aires Penitentiary System (SPB) in Argentina. They all answer to a single man, Pastor Juan Zuccarelli, from La Plata, the man who in 1983 became a prison guard because he wanted to preach in the Olmos pavilions and they did not allow him to enter.
